Todd was instrumental in making our Kia EV6 purchase a smooth and enjoyable experience. He demonstrated exceptional patience, thoroughly answering all of our questions both during and after the sale. His guidance on accessories and… recommendations for where to purchase them was especially helpful. I truly appreciated the effort he put into aligning the offer with the numbers I had in mind—his proposal was outstanding. It was clear that he approached the transaction from the customer's perspective. A sincere thank you to Todd for his professionalism and dedication.

Hendrick Kia Pre-Owned
by Steve C on 01/15/2024I had a great car buying experience at Hendrick Kia Pre-owned. We purchased a 2023 Chevy Tahoe. My sales person, Tim Beard, was knowledgeable and efficient. He was responsive to any questions. Greg Stancil , Pre-Owned Manager and Tim worked… hard to close the deal. Greg was also responsive answered every question I had - and there were many - never becoming frustrated no matter how busy he was. I was impressed that he took the time to step out of the “glass office” and sit at the table with my wife and I. All emails and text message were returned. Once back in the dealership, Lance was in the finance office. He was friendly and patient. If you want a no hassle, no pressure experience I highly recommend Hendrick Kia Pre-Owned. Don't waste your time!
by Mark on 05/04/2023The service dept is a joke! No communication with the customer once you drop off your car. Just try getting a hold of some one in the service dept while your car is being worked on,,,,, good [non-permissible content removed] luck!This revised comment is in regards to the previous comment titled: "Don't Waste Your Time". After talking to the Service Manager the situation was immediately corrected. As a result of the Service Manager reaching out to me and making the situation right I WILL be taking my KIA back to Hendrick KIA for all it's service and repair needs. The staff at Hendrick KIA do indeed care!

Exceptional Dealership

We did not purchase from them as we were just shopping, but our experience with them was still one of the best around. Randy Perry and Mr. Stencil went above and beyond… to show us what they had, answer all of our questions and were so kind in the process. If you stop by this dealership, ask for Randy Perry. by CM on 10/31/2022I am writing this review to highlight my interaction with Ivy Johnson. I had quite a few questions regarding the Kia EV6. Ivy patiently and professionally answered my questions. When it came time to negotiate a price, she emailed a… detailed worksheet of what was included. She was aware of the situation: I live in CA and was doing the research for my daughter in NC. I voted for the Kia, but my daughter decided on a different manufacturer. I would definitely recommend contacting Ivy Johnson if someone is interested in a car purchase.Cm, thank you so much for the positive review!

I was concise with our needs, gave him vehicle specs and told him we wanted a seamless transaction. Joshua Bateman was our salesman and he was nothing short of FANTASTIC!… Not only was he attentive, he gave me a exactly what we wanted with the first car. Josh’s customer service is ABOVE REPROACH and he should be considered the standard for salesman. I’m happy to say my mom drove off the lot within hours in a 2020 Buick! With the car shortage, there aren't many new white 2022 Kia Stinger GT-Line vehicles available. I am in LOVE with this beautiful car and owe… it all to him for making it happen. Thank you Todd and Hendrick Kia of Cary for jumping through hoops to make me one happy lady! I must also thank Todd for taking the time to set up everything in the car for me and for showing me all of the features of the new car. This is our 3rd Kia between my husband and I, and we are very happy with all of our vehicles. Also must give kudos to the Service Department there. Good people, and they take great care of their customers. He went above and beyond in helping me understand all the features of my new car was beyond patient with the… zillion questions then 18 days later I was rear-ended and he helped get me in touch with the right people to do the repairs. Fast forward a few months later and my youngest puked in the car...I called several detail specialists and no one would give me the time of day. But, I called Alvin and he again came through AGAIN and had my car set up to get that "area" detailed...I was all set to pay and he said don't worry about it. "I told you I would always take care of you". He cares about his customers, isn't a pressure guy and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting your next car from him!!!Mom Of 3, we are glad we could help!

Honest and Caring Staff with great Prices
