Don't waste your time!

The service dept is a joke! No communication with the customer once you drop off your car. Just try getting a hold of some one in the service dept while your car is being worked on,,,,, good [non-permissible content removed] luck!

This revised comment is in regards to the previous comment titled: "Don't Waste Your Time". After talking to the Service Manager the situation was immediately corrected. As a result of the Service Manager reaching out to me and making the situation right I WILL be taking my KIA back to Hendrick KIA for all it's service and repair needs. The staff at Hendrick KIA do indeed care!
