Don't waste your time!

He got me a lyft to work communicated with me throughout the process assured me on where everything would be once i… picked my car up after hours. My car was washed and clean. IT WAS REALLY A GREAT EXPERIENCE! NO SWEAT! NO STRESS!! HE IS AWESOME!!! All smiles.We strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at Hendrick Kia of Cary.
Horrible Service

by JoeR on 08/11/2017I purchased my car here in 2016. All was good until I had a issue with the car. When I press the fob to open the doors the mirrors pop out but the doors don't open. The issue happen sporadically. Some days it works and some days it does not… work. I had it in for service 3 times and they can't seem to find out the issue. They told me they the only way they can find out what it is, is to bring the car in when it's happening. I have taken my car there 2 times when it was happening and both times I was told they are to busy to look in to it I should come back next week if it happens again. They told me it's not a safety issue. I am thinking how do you know if you don't know what the issue is. I will never buy a KIA and again nor will I buy any car from Hendricks dealers.Exceptional Employee: Andrew Sweet

I usually never received good and speedy service from your… location. It is not uncommon that I feel ignored and disregarded. When I usually ask for updates after significant periods of time, I feel like I receive insincere comments to keep me momentarily satisfied. My husband and I purchased two vehicles from Hendrick, and have had an array of bad experiences. Other than previously purchased services, we vowed not to return back to your facility. After my experience today, I have changed my opinion. Your employee, Andrew Sweet was not only polite and exceptionally speedy, I felt like I was in good hands. He acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the door with a smile on his face and processed everything with exceptional speed. He kept the entire process as transparent as possible and made sure he could make every effort to help me with what I needed. After 4 to 5 years, this is the first time I have walked out of your facility feeling completely satisfied with my experience. I feel like it is not easy to fully measure the performance of employees at a company, but I hope that my comments will help you recognize that you have a valuable employee representing your company. Andrew Sweet has changed the opinion of a disgruntled customer. I now plans to return back to your facility for future vehicles and services.Amazing Experience

About our dealership
This revised comment is in regards to the previous comment titled: "Don't Waste Your Time". After talking to the Service Manager the situation was immediately corrected. As a result of the Service Manager reaching out to me and making the situation right I WILL be taking my KIA back to Hendrick KIA for all it's service and repair needs. The staff at Hendrick KIA do indeed care!
