I just returned from servicing my vehicle at your location, and I would like to take some time out of my day to praise the employee that dealt with me through the entire process. I usually never received good and speedy service from your location. It is not uncommon that I feel ignored and disregarded. When I usually ask for updates after significant periods of time, I feel like I receive insincere comments to keep me momentarily satisfied. My husband and I purchased two vehicles from Hendrick, and have had an array of bad experiences. Other than previously purchased services, we vowed not to return back to your facility. After my experience today, I have changed my opinion. Your employee, Andrew Sweet was not only polite and exceptionally speedy, I felt like I was in good hands. He acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the door with a smile on his face and processed everything with exceptional speed. He kept the entire process as transparent as possible and made sure he could make every effort to help me with what I needed. After 4 to 5 years, this is the first time I have walked out of your facility feeling completely satisfied with my experience. I feel like it is not easy to fully measure the performance of employees at a company, but I hope that my comments will help you recognize that you have a valuable employee representing your company. Andrew Sweet has changed the opinion of a disgruntled customer. I now plans to return back to your facility for future vehicles and services.
