Uncle Bobby (Uncle Bobby) is one of the nicest people we have ever dealt with. He doesn't always say what we want to hear, but is… always honest and that is very much appreciated. Recently we learned that Uncle Bobby is no longer is sales...sad. However, he met us at the showroom and introduced us to Casey. What a great thing to do! Casey is a perfect match for us and did a fantastic job finding the right car. We purchased the 2016 Ford Explorer Limited. It is Red and matches our 2014 Mystang 5.0. Wow! We LOVE the car and Casey! Great job! We have already recommended Casey to several friends and family. We now own 3 Mustangs and the Explorer. Next up...F-150...in red, of course. ☺️Service was exceptional and everyone professional
by jackie6911 on 05/24/2016I was told by telephone that it was not necessary to make an appointment to have the oil change in my Ford Edge. I came in around 12 noon and a sign was displayed indicating that there was a 2 hr wait time for service. Since I was coming… from another county I decided to leave my car with the service dept (quick lane) and went to the Service Dept. to inquire whether I could get a loaner vehicle. I received a better solution and was taken by shuttle van to the eating establishment of my choosing and returned back to my vehicle when call was placed to be picked up. It made the wait time not only bearable but enjoyable. The service work done on my vehicle was exceptional. Thank-you Ford Motor and the Service Dept. for making my experience enjoyable.Great sales staff

He allowed me to drive it home alone so that I could show my husband before purchasing. We signed… that day. The staff was very helpful in scheduling the additional spoiler, that I wanted for my car.Love my 2015 Ford Edge

His knowledge of the vehicle was encouraging and helped me make the right choice for my needs. I… had previously owned a Ford Edge and was very pleased with its performance and comfort so buying another one was certainly an option. We had looked at Lexus, Mazda, Honda, Buick, Toyota, GMC and still came back to the Ford Edge after test driving and considering all the features available on each one. Dollar for dollar and feature for feature, the Ford Edge came out on top of all the other vehicles.Explorer Sport

It has always been serviced by a ford service, and for the last 7 years, at the cary crossroads ford service department. I believe they provide excellent service… and stand behind their work. That's helped to keep my windstar on the road for 17 years next month...and it still drives beautifully on the highways.Great Management, great Service and a great Team.

I have purchased my past 4 cars from Crossroads Ford in Cary.… Harrison was one of the best sales people I've ever dealt with, I would recommend anyone going to purchase a car to ask to work with him. I upgraded my 2013 Ford Explorer to a 2016 Ford Explorer.Great team, quality work

The dealership made room for us, helped transport us to and from the… show and were exceptionally friendly and helpful I wish out local dealership was as good!My 14 Mustang convertible.

I had a problem with the headliner of my convertible top. I was completely satisfied with the repair.Everything was great from the time I walked in the door.I felt welcome .

I go and watch everything from outside the service bay. He completes work accurately, and… without wasted steps. Does quality work, in the least amount of time.
