My husband and I have purchased 5 cars from Crossroads in the past 15 years. We have never had a problem. Uncle Bobby (Uncle Bobby) is one of the nicest people we have ever dealt with. He doesn't always say what we want to hear, but is always honest and that is very much appreciated. Recently we learned that Uncle Bobby is no longer is sales...sad. However, he met us at the showroom and introduced us to Casey. What a great thing to do! Casey is a perfect match for us and did a fantastic job finding the right car. We purchased the 2016 Ford Explorer Limited. It is Red and matches our 2014 Mystang 5.0. Wow! We LOVE the car and Casey! Great job! We have already recommended Casey to several friends and family. We now own 3 Mustangs and the Explorer. Next up...F-150...in red, of course. ☺️
