Dealership Service Review
I was told by telephone that it was not necessary to make an appointment to have the oil change in my Ford Edge. I came in around 12 noon and a sign was displayed indicating that there was a 2 hr wait time for service. Since I was coming from another county I decided to leave my car with the service dept (quick lane) and went to the Service Dept. to inquire whether I could get a loaner vehicle. I received a better solution and was taken by shuttle van to the eating establishment of my choosing and returned back to my vehicle when call was placed to be picked up. It made the wait time not only bearable but enjoyable. The service work done on my vehicle was exceptional. Thank-you Ford Motor and the Service Dept. for making my experience enjoyable.
