Scott was wonderful and the whole day and process was so smooth. Communication was great and I got to leave that day with my new terrain! I needed an SUV as a new time mom and Scott made that happen! He is the best!

by msgoodie on 03/18/2012updated 05/23/2025For the past year and and half I've been dealing with a servic engine light problem with my buick enclave. It's been at F.C. Kerbeck 6 times and I'm still having the problem. I'm honeslty concerned about whether or not they know what… they're doing. Either they don't know how to diagnosis and fix the problem or they're not tryying to fix the problem since i'm still in warranty. They just may be patching the problem until I get over my warranly miles so I have to pay for the repair. Either way.... I will not recoomend Kerbeck for buick repairs. I'm currently on my 6th repair visit. My SUV has been there for 4 days now and i still haven't received a phone call. No one has called to say anything.... not even to say we're still trying to figure things out. The receptionist that answers the phone was very rude and kept cutting me off. She often asks to take my name and number but no one returns my calls. I woulod not recoomend Kerbeck for buick service.Respectful Friendly Courteous Service

My vehicle was brought right in and serviced in a timely manner. I left knowing my vehicle was serviced properly… and safe for the road until next service due. I will continue to bring both of our FC Kerbeck purchased vehicles to their dealership for service.Great Service Experience

This is the only GMC dealer I buy from. Never been disappointed with the GMC vehicles or the purchase… transaction at FC Kerbeck. I am an extremely satisfied, long term customer.Great Buying Experience
