On my last service visit I had my Ford Edge detailed and overall I was pleased however they did not do a good job on the interior windows. They were very streaky. It was not… noticeable when I picked up the car but when I drove that night it was obvious. Little disappointed.great service

The only complaint I have is that I was given a loaner car and through no fault of my own because a tornado drove a branch through the front end of the loaner car,… I needed to contact my insurance company and am on the hook for something that was a natural disaster. I would love to give a special mention to Kimberly Meigh. She is outstanding! Very professional and prompt in getting back to me. She was very compassionate asking about my sick mother, the loss of my dog (during the tornado but not due to the tornado), and issues about my car. Thank you Kimberly!!!!Excellent

Mike Colin's your service advisor went out of his way and got my car serviced in a day and a half. Plus another part was found defective and… repaired as well. "BRAVO" All American Ford Service Team for job well done!!!Great service!

by water024w on 07/14/2015I brought my 2005 Ford Explorer for servicing because the engine light came on, the housing thermostat needed replacement as antifreeze was leaking, the cool air flow was very weak, and the front license plate and base mount completely fell… off and needed to be re-mounted. Ted was the customer service representative and provided me with very timely telephone updates for the 3 days that I had to leave my vehicle with Ford due to the extent of repairs required. Ted was kind enough to grant me a 10% courtesy discount. The valet service was exceptional. I needed to be taken from the Ford dealer to the car rental place a few miles north after I had to leave my car. I also needed to be transported from the car rental place to Ford dealer after I returned the rental when my own vehicle was ready for my pickup. No questions asked, the valet service arrived so quickly. These are all reasons I rate this experience a 5. A minor occurrence that bothered me was that the mileage out reading on my invoice was incorrect as when I looked on my odometer, it was actually more than 30 miles more than the number on my invoice, and I wasn't made aware the fuel tank decreased by more than 1/4. I think the technician had to drain my fuel tank to replace the fuel pump? but I couldn't find that written in the notes on my invoice. I also appreciated the complimentary exterior car wash at the end, which my car was in need of. Thank you. I will surely visit this location again for future significant repairs.No dealership games, just great price from beginning!

He… didn't rush our time either. Once I made a decision to purchase, Joe explained every step of the process clearly as we moved forward.
