I brought my 2005 Ford Explorer for servicing because the engine light came on, the housing thermostat needed replacement as antifreeze was leaking, the cool air flow was very weak, and the front license plate and base mount completely fell off and needed to be re-mounted. Ted was the customer service representative and provided me with very timely telephone updates for the 3 days that I had to leave my vehicle with Ford due to the extent of repairs required. Ted was kind enough to grant me a 10% courtesy discount. The valet service was exceptional. I needed to be taken from the Ford dealer to the car rental place a few miles north after I had to leave my car. I also needed to be transported from the car rental place to Ford dealer after I returned the rental when my own vehicle was ready for my pickup. No questions asked, the valet service arrived so quickly. These are all reasons I rate this experience a 5. A minor occurrence that bothered me was that the mileage out reading on my invoice was incorrect as when I looked on my odometer, it was actually more than 30 miles more than the number on my invoice, and I wasn't made aware the fuel tank decreased by more than 1/4. I think the technician had to drain my fuel tank to replace the fuel pump? but I couldn't find that written in the notes on my invoice. I also appreciated the complimentary exterior car wash at the end, which my car was in need of. Thank you. I will surely visit this location again for future significant repairs.
