I had a recall on my Ford Fusion and wanted to get it taken care of. The Service Advisor, Ted, was exceptional! He was so friendly, professional and informative, and my vehicle was done in no time. He even had my car washed! The tech, whose name was Nick, was very knowledgeable about my recall and completed the job very efficiently. I am a very happy customer!
