To have to travel back to the dealership for those things seems to be a bit… much.2015 ford edge
by videosrus on 01/05/2016the service dept. was great. went for my 5000 mile scheduled maintenance. while I was there, I decided to try your parts dept. in order to get a part I needed. the part I was told would fit, but it did not. luckily I had the car at the… dealer and did not have to travel back to return this part. the parts dept. needs to know that only certain parts fit your car and not try and sell you a part that does not.great service

Our salesman (PAC man) was extremely helpful and did everything he could to help us find the vehicle that… best suited us. Once we had found our vehicle Ramy took such good care of us during financing! He did everything he could to ensure our payments stayed within our budget. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I would also like to add that if you ever need service on your vehicle ask to deal with Tara! I had some issues with my previous vehicle and Tara always took such great care of me.Great service
