the service dept. was great. went for my 5000 mile scheduled maintenance. while I was there, I decided to try your parts dept. in order to get a part I needed. the part I was told would fit, but it did not. luckily I had the car at the dealer and did not have to travel back to return this part. the parts dept. needs to know that only certain parts fit your car and not try and sell you a part that does not.
