My son purchased 6 vehicles for Teyma a company he works with, 3 vehicles for Balsam another construction company he works with. And most recently a custom dump body with plow and spreader for Society Hill “he is on the board of directors”… this past month he purchased a new f150 for himself and convinced me to also purchase a new F150.
Upon doing my paperwork I was informed of a $200.00 reward for bringing in new customers.
When asked about it I got the run around. I am not happy that a loyal customer (my son) was treated that way. Maybe he should consider another dealership for his next 11 purchases.
Update June 2025:
Dealer made good on the promise of a reward to my son for recommending their dealership.

Those two guys were excellent, they made me and my family feel at ease, they were knowledgeable and very funny. They were also willing to answer any and every question we had without hessitating. Bottom line we are very pleassed with the treatment and professional service we got. Keep up the good work.Great service

The first time was around 5pm when everyone was supposedly done for the day and the second time was the next day around noon when everyone… was supposedly out for lunch. I guess their time was a charm.Great Services
