We wen to the dealer in search on information only, but the service offered by Ali was so outstanding that we left driving a pre owned certified 2014 Ford Explorer, which was fully inssured thanks to all the info and clear instructions from Steve. Those two guys were excellent, they made me and my family feel at ease, they were knowledgeable and very funny. They were also willing to answer any and every question we had without hessitating.
