Exceptional Sales Service

Jennifer, Kimberly, Don and Bruce were highly professional, courteous and friendly - all key factors in making our experience of getting a vehicle seamless, easy and… enjoyable. We really appreciated their frank and open communication, their responsiveness to every question and their ability to give us the space to decide what we really wanted. Our first contact was with online sales-person Jennifer, who was knowledgeable, patient and excellent in tracking down what we were looking for quickly and efficiently and putting us on the track to getting into our vehicle. Don, who was training someone when we went in, is extremely knowledgable, friendly and the type of sales person that is not pushing a product but instead wanting the customer to feel comfortable that they are getting the features and vehicle they really want. He was a joy to work with compared to what we had experienced elsewhere. Kimberly, our sales manager, helped us arrive at a deal that really worked with little fuss and no hidden costs that appeared along the way. We really appreciated her frank and open negotiation style. Bruce was equally transparent and helpful in finalizing the paperwork part of the whole process and again was not bent on selling us extras. We ran into a problem with getting our permanent plates and registration since we would be out of town when it would arrive. This is where the excellent customer care of the Sales Team really kicked in. They worked with us to expedite and get the plates to us where we were with the car. I must include Frankie here who was the sales manager who kicked this process off on behalf of Kimberly. All in all we have been exceptionally happy with our experience with All American Ford. We have access to another large Ford dealer in NYC from which we have purchased and leased in the past, but the All American Ford Team has made converts of us because of their customer centered service and the quality of care and attention they give their customers. Congrats on that and we have been and will definitely continue to recommend All American to our friends and family.Thank you so much for the wonderful detailed review!
great sales person
by kish08884 on 07/24/2018updated 08/06/2018I had order a 2018 Flex and Joe G. was a great help he went through all of the steps with me and knew what he was doing and helped me out a great deal. The one problem I encountered was when it came to my plates from my 2014 Flex. I told… Joe that I wanted to keep those plates because they were special plates and were American Legion plates which my husband purchased about 1 1/2 years ago. Joe said it was find and he would tell the people in the transfer and registration unit. He later came back and told me they said it could not be done because they were in my husband's name and the car was going in my name. My husband passed away on 12/21/2017 and Joe had a copy of the death certificate with all my paper work (I did a pre trade on my husbands 2013 edge in January and he needed that and it was on file) They told him I had to get new plates and when they came in then it was up to me to go to Motor Vehicle and transfer the Special Plates in my name. Well I tried to do that and I was told by South Brunswick Motor vehicle that I could not do that and had to speak to Trenton. I called Trenton and inquired about this and they told me that the dealership should have done this and that any motor vehicle agency could do this. So I went the next day to the Hazlet office and they informed me that they can not do this now Trenton has to do this because the dealership told me the wrong thing so now it is Trenton who has to process this. Two workers at the Hazlet office told me that since the dealership had my husband's death certificate it should have been done at the time I signed the papers and that ALL DEALERSHIPS KNOW THIS!!!!! When I called Trenton again to find out if the papers were sent out to me I asked again about this and I was told again by a different worker that the DEALERSHIP SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS FOR ME AND THEY KNOW IT. I feel I got the run around, all I wanted was to have the American Legion plates so that I could have a little piece of my husband with me. This was to be his car also and we had done some paper work with Joe in December on doing a Special Order and he was looking forward to getting this new car. Now I had to put the new plates on the car and will have to wait 2 to 3 more weeks for the registration to come so I can put the American Legion plates back on, it's bad enough it took for ever to get the new car from Ford and then I have to put up with this. This is NOT Joe's fault he was just doing what the office told him. This the 3rd car we have purchased from Joe and every time he has been very helpful and knows his job well and takes pride in what he does.Thanks for the 5-stars!

Above and Beyond Great Experience

This time our sales professional went above and beyond out expectations, the Ford Explorer in a color we wanted was not in inventory… at that specific time but he located one within couple hours and delivered it himself from different location. Also he made the purchasing process quicker by preparing the car and paper work before our presents on our scheduled appointment. He made us feel very comfortable by explaining to us everything we needed to know during this process and provided to us the best deal he possibly could straight up not like other dealerships where sales associate would be going back and forth between sales manager and us to come to sales agreement we want. He even went the extra mile to show us the service department and when it came to car delivery, he explain all important featuo of the car inside and out. Again our experience was above and beyond amazing, for sure we will return again when we will be in need of another vehicle in the future and we will refer our friends and family when they will be in need for a car purchase.... THE WORST EXPERIENCE
by ccarroll815 on 06/06/2018So on April 30, 2018 in the evening I purchased a brand new 2018 ford Explorer Sport from All American mainly because I had a great experience at this dealership from purchasing my previous Explorer so hey why not right ? Well the next day… I noticed that my brand new truck had paint chips on the tailgate, left bumper and front right fender and under the hood so I call my salesman Steve who tells me to call service .... I call service they can't get my truck in there until May 14th disappointed but ok so I drop said BRAND NEW Truck off at dealership they customer service call who was super sweet says well it may take a few weeks we are short handed?????? but I'll let you know now I am a lil mad I already waited 2 weeks for the appointment. Welllll they have my BRAND NEW truck for 2 weeks I look over the truck to check and make sure it is taken care of ya know they did have it for two weeks right NOPE NOT AT ALL so I go inside have to wait , now i'm pissed beyond pissed I get my customer service girl again super sweet and I felt horrible but she was the one in front of me and OH BTW I also called to speak to Service Mgr Nick 2x never called me back Pat eventually returned my call yup its fixed well no it was not!!!!! After having my car 2 weeks they only fixed the tailgate not the spots next to the tailgate not the spots on the fender noooooo so now we are at Memorial day weekend and I have two pups so Brooke trying to do her best to satisfy me well we can come to you on Tuesday and switch your truck with another Loaner (which by the way was another story) Well now YET AGAIN I AM INCONVIENIENCED Not Brookes fault BUT NOW I AM REALLY PISSED.... call sales person he was off i'll check into it tomorrow and have the manager call you in the morning (Saturday) well i'm still waiting for that call NEVER Happened AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT!!!! so Tuesday May 29th comes I bring my truck back in for round 2 get another loaner this one was clean thankfully I ask how long will truck take now to fix the other spots ?? well on Tuesday May 29th at 5:06 pm I get a text stating she spoke with Sales and showed them the spots so we are going to repaint the entire quarter panel for you and the fender as well.............................. I say its all going to match perfectly right and how long will it take (MIND YOU I HAVENT MADE 1 PYMT YET DUE THE 30TH) she responds with yes and she was going to get together with the body shop manager pat and service manager pat first thing in the morning to get a more accurate time frame YEAH ok still waiting for a response from that text as well and today is Wednesday June 6, 2018, so today at 1:17 I finally get communication from them via text again stating just touching base with me and letting me know they are expecting to have my BRAND NEW EXPLORER back to me by the middle of next week and thanking me for my patience !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I have only had possession of my BRAND NEW TRUCK that now has had the paint compromised a total of 17 days and 1st payment later and ALL AMERICAN FORD HAS HAD MY TRUCK FOR TIME THAN I HAVE. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AFTER THIS AND OUR FAMILY IS BIG ON FORDS I WILL GO SOMEPLACE ELSE THEIR MANAGEMENT TEAM NEEDS SERIOUS TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE and their Customer Service personnel directly are good but not all things can be handled by them. There has not been one ounce of remorse from the management team or any compensation other than the loaners they give you and the first one I received I had to clean it was filthy I AM NOT A HAPPY ALL AMERICAN FORD CUSTOMER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible service

Everything went okay when buying the car until I went to the finance department where they tagged on a extra… $100 on to my payment what was a accident apparently. Now I need to bring in my car for a warranty issue and its been going on for 4 months now with nobody calling me backThank you for the review. Great place to buy a car!

They worked with me to get the best deal possible even going above and beyond to get the me the most… offers to apply. They also brought out tshirts, recycled bags and keychains for me and my family. Was in and out in 3 hours - fastest ever but I also knew exactly which SUV I wanted. Would go back there in a heartbeat they are so nice!New Car
