Car fixed, no issues

onMy 2012 Ford Focus needed repair because the trunk would not open and one window was very slow, and kept getting stuck open. The problem was fixed in about a day and a half. I have not had any further issues. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. I was given a nice loaner car, which was perfect, except the window must have been open in the rain, since things inside were wet, including front seat, so my jeans were soaked. But all in all, a good experience.
