In fact, I took up 6 hours of his Sunday and he was a perfect gentleman. He worked to get me a fair trade as well as… the SUV I wanted. Vince even installed my crossbars. watch out for bait & switch!
by INeedaSienna on 01/15/2017Watch out for bait & switch!! We went to Westchester Toyota today because I had seen a black 2013 Sienna advertised on cars.com at a very good price. I called the dealership first to make sure it was still available. I was told that it… was. When we arrived, I told the receptionist and the salesperson that we had called about the black 2013 Sienna. The salesperson got the key so we could take it for a test drive. While walking through the parking lot, he mentions “it just sold 5 minutes ago.” (why are you about to let me drive a car that just sold?) I told him I didn’t want to waste my time if it wasn’t available. He then tried to interest me in other Siennas. While he was getting one ready to drive (which took over an hour!), I had a friend of mine call the dealership and inquire about the black 2013 Sienna. She was told it was still available. When she asked again to make sure it wasn’t sold, she was told, “no, it’s definitely not sold because the chip on the board would be moved to the salesperson’s name if it had been sold.” After driving a different one and sitting at a desk waiting for the sales guy again, we overheard a woman at the next desk yelling at her sales rep saying “I called ahead to make sure it was available. Why are you telling me now that it’s not??!!” So I went over to talk to them and it was basically the same story but for a scion instead of a Sienna. Big waste of time!! You’ve been warned!!Dear InNeedofaSienna There was no switch and bait as you can see the vehicle was here when you arrived. Unfortunately a customer who arrived before you was interested in the vehicle and opted to purchase it as the salesperson informed you. The customer who was here had questionably tougher credit and until the bank approved the loan we couldn’t be sure it could be delivered to the customer and therefore there was hesitation to mark the vehicle as sold. The customer sitting next to you came in for a Scion 86 which we did have available but not on the lot physically and so she was upset because she wanted to see it. We understand your frustration but we price cars aggressively and so we get a lot of customers inquiring about vehicles. We would be more than glad to reach out to you as soon as we get another Sienna.
Excellent Customer Service Sales Representative Gabriel

I decided to walk into Weschester Toyota where I was lucky to meet such a helpful sales representative by the name of Gabriel. In comparison to… other dealers Gabriel found the closest match to what I had calculated prior to my arrival. He found me a great deal with a 2015 Toyota Camry SE for $17,500 with 19,300 miles. This car was in perfect condition and had no previous accident as per the carfax. Gabriel genuinely had my best interest in mind. I'm greatly pleased with my experience at this dealership due to their constant supervision and care while I waited for everything to be processed. Dealership highly recommended.Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience with us and for recommending us as well. The car I wanted from the start was the special edition Corolla, but none were at the location when we came in. I'm glad we didn't settle for… a normal Corolla because the one I have now is amazing. Within a day and half I had my Corolla. This dealership worked efficiently and fast in getting me the car that I wanted and went out of the way to make it special. Wigh black pinstripes on the side and a door bumper along with extra mats. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We drove out 15 miles from the city and knew it would be worth it.We are happy that Robert was here to help. We thank you for giving us the opportunity to find the right Corolla for you. Three touring

Went to four different Toyota dealership and they were all rude and quick to give me the run around. Baher took his time and… got me the prius three that I wanted. Terrible Customer Service
by calientelo on 08/17/2016Walked in and made a deal for a 2016 Toyota Rav 4, next day I walk in with a check $25K to pay the car according to the bill of sale and agreement that was made upon purchase. All of a sudden the dealer wrote out another bill of sale with… a different price and told me I had to pay the difference on a credit card. This place is unfaithful, unreliable and untrustworthy. They change the bill of sale and agreement when you are ready to pick up the car. Buyers beware, they will flip the script on you when picking up your car!! I did not buy the car and kept my check for $25K.We paid the taxes on the rebate and your purchase order clearly states that plates are an additional fee.

After visiting several dealers and not feeling satisfied with what we were being offered, we finally decided to visit this location and good thing we did. Francis was our salesman.… He was very knowledgable, patient, and didn't pressure us into anything we weren't comfortable with. He was very accommodating in translating all the full details in Spanish to my parents who are previous owners to 2 other Toyota models and walked them through everything. Huge thanks to Francis Nunez for taking time to help us and make sure everything came out to quality standards and also to Dennis the Finance Manager who was extremely accommodating to me during the paper work session right before I received my new vehicle. I only gave 4 stars because I had to wait longer than usual for my car to be available at this location, other than that I have a beautiful car that I love driving and my family feels comfortable and safe in!Thank you for this amazing review, we truly appreciate you taking the time to leave us these kind words.
