Just purchased a RAV4 at Westchester Toyota on central ave. After visiting several dealers and not feeling satisfied with what we were being offered, we finally decided to visit this location and good thing we did. Francis was our salesman. He was very knowledgable, patient, and didn't pressure us into anything we weren't comfortable with. He was very accommodating in translating all the full details in Spanish to my parents who are previous owners to 2 other Toyota models and walked them through everything. Huge thanks to Francis Nunez for taking time to help us and make sure everything came out to quality standards and also to Dennis the Finance Manager who was extremely accommodating to me during the paper work session right before I received my new vehicle. I only gave 4 stars because I had to wait longer than usual for my car to be available at this location, other than that I have a beautiful car that I love driving and my family feels comfortable and safe in!
