My service agent Adrian Valerio was the best, he reviewed everything with me and also reminded me that my new york states… inspection was due with which saved me on another trip. everyone there helpful and polite.Everything as Promised
by merlin321 on 06/04/2016I went on the Consumer Reports website and got a TrueCar price for a Camry XLE. Three dealers sent me prices. The lowest price, by over $450, came from Westchester Toyota and they are closest to me so I drove over. Was met by Pedro Segura.… He confirmed that they would sell me the car for that price and that they had two on the lot. My wife wanted a different color. Pedro asked that we sign a sales agreement and put down a deposit and they would try and find us that color. So I did. I was very skeptical and anxious about putting down a deposit. I have purchased many cars form other dealers where they promise something, get your signature and money and then raise the price, or can't get the car and try and rip you off some other way. However, none of that happened with Pedro. He called me in the morning on the day he promised. Unfortunately, they couldn't find the color we wanted, but he would sell me either of the other two cars, or return my deposit. I asked him to return the deposit because I thought I might be able to find the color at another dealer. I couldn't. So I went back to Pedro and he sold me the car he promised at the price he promised without any problems. He's a very nice gentleman, and it was a pleasure doing business with him.Thank you for this awesome review. I Am So Lucky To Buy A Toyota From This Gentle Salesperson
by LuckyYK on 04/28/2016We had only one car last year. At the end of the year, I decided to buy a new car for myself. I consulted my friends they all recommended to buy a Toyota. I went online and drove to the Westchester Toyota just before Christmas of 2015.… I met this Salesperson named Fernado Rios. He was so patient with me that he introduced the different cars they had on stock and answered my questions honestly. He also introduced the company culture in terms of social works they did for the public. This introduction really got me because I knew that they are not just making money from the consumers but they give back to the society by helping others in desperate situations. So I put1000 dollars down with Mr.Fernado Rios although at that monument I was not sure which kind of Toyota I really wanted. A few months later, I bought a Corolla 2016 from him. The car is just perfect in every respect. I love it very much and will buy another Toyota from him in the near future. I have to mention that Mr.Fernado Rios is just the right person to do sales. He did not push me to make a decision right away and being patient with my busy schedule. Really appropriate and enjoyed his sales/service. Thank you Mr. Fernado Rios and Westchester Toyota because you make me assure that you not only provide quality and service, you also provide a perfect sales culture which will be remembered for years to come.Thank you for this excellent review. by vitaharmln57 on 04/25/2016my son-in-law had bought few cars from here (Westchester Toyota), every time he came to this dealership(Westchester Toyota), had a great experience, excellent customer service, and great price every time, he came with me to help me out to… shop for the right vehicle for me and for the right price, the sales person Sam Marji, he is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with, me and my husband bought and been through a lot of cars over the years, been to a lot of dealerships before, I have never had a better experience than this, with Sam Marji, I was looking for a great car, was mostly shopping for a corolla 2013 in my price range, the salesperson Sam Marji, showed me every car they have on their lot, we test-drove couple of cars , but the car I really wanted and fell in love with, wasn't in my price range, but Sam Marji kept on talking to his manager to get me that specific car that I really like, in my price range, and Sam and his manager Mina Aziz, made it happen for me I was really happy on Saturday, I just picked up the car this morning, Sam picked me up with his own car, early in the morning, and brought me to the dealership, even my son-in-law, every time he bought a car from there had a great experience, but he even said, this was definitely the best experience he had, we thank the salesperson (Sam Marji) and his manager (Mina Aziz) for everything they did to help me to get this car,Thank you for sharing your experience with us. STAY AWAY [non-permissible content removed]
by hukashi116 on 03/28/2016If I could rate this place a zero, I would. EVERYONE SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!!! I recently had some experiences with the service department that will keep me away [non-permissible content… removed]. The first experience was when I took my car in for routine maintenance and asked for a tire rotation as part of that maintenance. I am usually skeptical of dealers and so I marked up my wheels to ensure that I would know if they were done. I got the car back and the rotation wasn't done. I let it go and got it done elsewhere and let them have the benefit of the doubt that they could have forgotten. Today's experience however, is the last straw. They tell me I have a nail in my sidewall and that I have to replace the tire over the phone. They tell me that it is on a spot that is not repairable and being on the sidewall, I would agree. But I was skeptical and so I tell them not to do anything and I took the car to a tire shop. They confirm that their is a nail in the tire except that it is in the tread and very small. They say that it is 100% repairable and go about fixing it for $20. These [non-permissible content removed] at Westchester Toyota just tried to get more money from me on an over priced tire. It would have cost me $249 according to them. They also try to sell me a coolant flush and a brake fluid change on a 2 year old car. Ridiculous! If they only recommended it, I would be OK with it. But they were trying to sell it hard. I can't stress it enough, these guys are [non-permissible content removed]. This place is crooked and insane. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!Great car

RUN to Westchester TOYOTA

The front desk was very accommodating and quickly assigned me to the car dealer Tausif Raza. The first few… minutes I was sitting down and expressing my interests, Mr. Raza was very patient, professional and knowledgeable about what i needed. Although I didn't go home on the first day with my car now, he was there responding all my queries and doubts about anything and everything. The second day I came back, it was a breeze. What I needed from car, finances and insurance were all ready and just needed my signature. Where else can you get that speed, professionalism and customer etiquette at the same time?Thank you for this great review. Outstanding service

In particular, Pedro Segura, the Sales Consultant with whom I dealt, was truly outstanding. He was knowledgeable, attentive and… extremely considerate. He patiently answered all my questions. My time was limited because of illness in the family. To make things easier for me, he brought the car to my home for a test drive. He returned the next day and I was able to complete all the necessary paperwork at home. Buying a car can sometimes be an unpleasant experience. This was just the opposite, I actually enjoyed it thanks to Pedro. I will definitely recommend Toyota of Westchester and Pedro Segura to others.
