Great salesperson, poor management
by BXVfamily on 11/26/2018We had a great salesperson, Dino Persaud! He was kind, respectful and pleasant. However, the upper management was rude, arrogant and flat out disrespectful. They didn't respect our time or schedule. They had the attitude as if they were… doing us, the customer, a favor. I would totally recommend Dino. He's so good another dealership should scoop him up!Thank you for leaving Dino a kind review.
I Will Buy All My Cars From Westchester Toyota!

My wife had read the latest Consumer Reports reviews and wanted me to test drive the new Hybrid Toyota Avalon. I met this great salesman, Dino,… who went out of his way to make leading a car a pure joy! He even drove an Avalon to our house on a Sunday to save my wife a trip to the dealership! Dino was great as was all the folks I met from the sales manager to the financial manager! Iâm looking forward to buying all my cars from Westchester Toyota!Thank you so much, Arthur, for leaving a five star review for Dino.
