Great salesperson, poor management

We had a great salesperson, Dino Persaud! He was kind, respectful and pleasant. However, the upper management was rude, arrogant and flat out disrespectful. They didn't respect our time or schedule. They had the attitude as if they were doing us, the customer, a favor. I would totally recommend Dino. He's so good another dealership should scoop him up!
