They lie, they lie again, and then they lie some more
by BluePrius on 07/13/2018We were looking for a car for our son who had just graduated from college. We called around everywhere in Westchester and this was the only place that SAID they had a blue Prius on the lot. All the other places were honest and said that… they would have to locate a blue Prius. We had multiple phone calls and emails with Angelica and Monique in which we were assured of a specific price and specific incentives for a cash deal for this blue car that was definitely on the lot, and we headed down to pick up the car, cash in hand. Long story short, the car was at a "sister facility", and wouldn't be there that day, the salesman (Damion Foster) couldn't tell us WHEN it would be there, the recent college grad discount could only be used if we financed (even though we clearly discussed from the start that we were paying cash), and the list of 11 possible blue cars they bragged that they could easily get us shrank quickly down to only 1 car that they then said they couldn't get, but that they could order from the factory and get to us in 4 to 8 weeks! We have never been so disgusted with a car dealership in all of our years of buying cars! The sales manager Mina Aziz is not to be trusted—he wouldn’t even honor the price we had gotten in writing from his telephone sales staff. I tried to buy a certified car from them, we agreed to price and then the car "mysteriously" disappeared. The GM dodged me for months and wouldnt answer emails or… calls.
