    I purchased a service agreement for my wife's Honda Odyssey, and it was well spent. She does not have to sit and wait at any auto places to get the car inspected or serviced...Rensellaer Honda comes to the house, picks up the car, and drops… it back off when the service is done. All we do is mention what we want done, and it is taken care of. My wife loves it and makes her happy = me happy. Why would I go anywhere else?

    We requested quotes from local Honda dealers. Rensselaer Honda responded in less than an hour and was the lowest bid. This dealership offered the best total price (new car + trade allowance) up front, with no hardball negotiating required.… This dealer was up front with any fees when asked. Jim Cronin was a pleasure to work with, thorough and prepared when we arrived and didn't waste our time. Would defintely purchase from Rennselaer Honda again.

    I requested a quote from edmunds.com and this dealership responded within few hours with a very good offer. They want your business and will do anything to gain it. I was lucky that they have the vehicle I want in stock so I went there and… bought it. I didn't have to renegotiate. I knew when I went there that the price quote I got is the true market value of the vehicle. The buying process was very easy and it went smoothly.

    We bought our Odyssey from Rensselaer Honda, even though two other Honda Dealerships were closer. After visiting all three, they were the only "straight shooters" and treated us with respect and didn't play price games. I won't even bother… going to the other two dealers next time I buy another Odyssey....which we will be doing.

    Looking for a new car, I sent the dealership an email requesting a price quote. the quote was received very quickly, with a friendly tone to the email. Since I heard of good experiences with this dealership, we made an appointment. Everyone… at the dealership was extremely friendly, and we purchased from them. A good experience only got better with their delivery coordinator Mark T - quite possibly the best delivery of an auto we ever purchased. The staff is very friendly, and I look forward to many years to our new relationship. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new auto.

    After my first experience of walking into a dealership, I decided to shop for my car on-line, as there are only two dealerships for Hondas in the Syracuse area. Consumers are too busy to spend one or two hours at a dealership only to find… the offer is not what they want. I contacted over 25 dealerships within a 150 mile radius of Syracuse to find the best deal. This dealership was quick to respond and offered quotes via e-mail. I give them a positive feedback for their time, attention and willingness to compete over the Internet. My experience with purchasing a vehicle over the Internet was a pleasure. The purchase of my new 2012 Honda CR-V EX AWD from this dealership, their prompt replies were great. I would recommend that you contact this dealership, as their communication and desire to sell a vehicle on-line is exceptional. This dealership gets a four-star review from me.

    Rensselaer Honda had the most prompt and professional e-mails of all the dealers that I spoke with, and I had a very positive impression of them. I never received pricing, as my e-mails with them were before I moved, and they explained… that they only sent out pricing that was good for 72 hours, so I was going to follow up with them when I got to the Albany area. I ended up staying in Glens Falls, which was pretty far from Rensselaer Honda, so I contacted a few dealers that were closer, and never ended up following up Rensselaer Honda. That said, based on the prompt, courteous and professional contact I had with them, I would definitely recommend them.

    I recently stopped in to price a 2013 Civic, and was impressed by the pleasant, no-pressure attitude of Joe and the rest of the sales staff. They had the exact car I was looking for on the lot. Another dealer claimed there were none in the… area and it would take 4 months to order it! When I was offered a very good trade-in value for my vehicle and the dealer presented an offer of what Edmunds and Kelly BB reported as a fair price for the Civic, I bought it on the spot. No fuss, no haggle, a very pleasant experience.

Your vehicle will always be repaired by expert ASE and Honda Certified technicians who only use OEM Honda Parts. We have a shuttle vehicle and vehicle pick up (call for details) in the event that you can’t stay in our modern waiting area which is equipped with free WiFi.

Our sales department is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 – 8:00, Friday and Saturday from 9:00 – 5:00

Our service department is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:30 – 5:30, Tuesday and Thursdays from 7:30 – 8:00 and Saturdays from 8:00 – 4:30.
