I purchased a service agreement for my wife's Honda Odyssey, and it was well spent. She does not have to sit and wait at any auto places to get the car inspected or serviced...Rensellaer Honda comes to the house, picks up the car, and drops it back off when the service is done. All we do is mention what we want done, and it is taken care of. My wife loves it and makes her happy = me happy. Why would I go anywhere else?
