Rensselaer Honda had the most prompt and professional e-mails of all the dealers that I spoke with, and I had a very positive impression of them. I never received pricing, as my e-mails with them were before I moved, and they explained that they only sent out pricing that was good for 72 hours, so I was going to follow up with them when I got to the Albany area. I ended up staying in Glens Falls, which was pretty far from Rensselaer Honda, so I contacted a few dealers that were closer, and never ended up following up Rensselaer Honda. That said, based on the prompt, courteous and professional contact I had with them, I would definitely recommend them.
