Car was ready in about 3 hours. My only critique is not with the service but with… some (not all) of the mechanics not wearing their masks properly or having it around their neck when walking within six feet of a customer.Civic Service for my 2016

Thomas Cacace The Honda Service Advisor was super A++ thorough in… explaining my needs and getting my car completed in a short time frame. He explained my needs at the beginning and again went over them at the end. Each recommended service item was explained with associated pricing , making easy for me to decide on my needs.
