    Great people working there. Very attentive to me. Answered all my questions and concerns. Explained everything to me about the car, insurance and money. The salesman transferred all my things from the old car to the new one. Worked with General Sales Mgr, Finance Mgr, Salesman and Insurance. They all made this process very pleasant General sales Mgr. Igor Flyshman Finance Mgr Alfonse Esposito Salesman, Tommy Prato Insurance, William Edell!

    Nissan Staten island, did paperwork for a car not noticing it's damage on bumper. Sales person didn't say anything until I said to him it's damage. Then he looks at me and tell me it's a used car. I asked him who pays so much money for a damage car. He tells me they doing construction around here and it got damage. They don't want to cancel contract because I left lot with car, not knowing if I left with it I can't cancel contract. If I had left the car and taught about it and went back in two days for the most, they would have to cancel it. I asked when I took the car back why I wasn't told about this, I was told this is not a conversation they have with customers. They willing to fix it, but who want a car knowing it was hit and they weren't honest about it.

    The entire staff is polite, friendly, welcoming, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. The dealership is also very clean and comfortable.

    $8,500 down on a Nissan Rogue SV was Highway robbery and this is my 4th and last lease from Nissan, apparently they do not believe in customer loyalty!! I’m mad!

    We are not new customers to Nissan and we lease. We knew what we wanted (more or less) and our sales rep Fernando made everything simple. He reached out to us the day before our appointment and asked some basic questions and even had us complete some of the necessary paperwork. When we arrived for our appointment the paperwork was ready, we reviewed everything together before signing. Though our visit was quick and easy it never felt rushed. Fernando took the time to go over things with us and answer all questions.

    We've previously leased Honda's, first time leasing a 2021 Nissan Rogue CV AWD. From initiating the appointment with the Receptionist to being introduced to the Sales Representative who was both knowledgeable and after obtaining the Rogue very helpful with driving functionality. The Finance process made getting a vehicle from Nissan Dealership a gratifying experience.

    I was told 3 different price for a new key. Was told $300,$500 & total was over $600. My family & I have been buying nissans for over 25 years & I will never buy another car from Nissan because it’s a scam you guys are running. I could’ve purchased a key for a third of that price somewhere else as I will for my future cars for me & my entire family. Please don’t respond with a nonsense comment saying you care because you don’t.

    I saw a pre owned car that I was interested in online and called the dealership to confirm they had the vehicle in stock. They confirm that the vehicle was available and I can come in later to test drive. I knew someone that worked there that was a long time friend and advised him that I was interested in a vehicle and I’ll be coming by. He asked me for the stock # and looked into the inventory and confirm that they do have the vehicle on the lot and it just come out from service. He then asked me how am I paying for the car, and I told him cash... he said that he will call me back because he’s busy.. he called me back 30 Mins later and advised that the car was sold. I didn’t believe him because I know how these salesmen works at this specific dealership. I then had my friend called regarding the same car and they advised that the car was available and we made an appointment to go in that same evening. I walked in the dealership and the car was on the lot, we test drive it and then sat down to discuss payment. I told them that I am paying cash... the salesmen excused himself to talk to the manager and my friend and then came back and said that he sorry but the vehicle is not available anymore, it has been sold... How is that possible if we just test drive the car and the salesman is holding on to the keys. There was another car that I was interested in and somehow that car was “Sold” as well. These people here are [non-permissible content removed] and try to get off on you. They want you to finance so that they can tap on additional fees that we as buyers are unaware of. I had a bad experience prior with a finance car that they over charge me for (brand new) and the car gave me a lot of problems and they were never able to fix!!! I tried for a 2nd time to give them the benefit of a doubt but I should have known that old dogs stick by their tricks. I’m disgusted by this dealership and by manager Derwin, Victor and the salesman that assisted me!!! Don’t trust them!!!

    I am writing this review of Sharone Purer. When I walked into your dealership I was interested in leasing another Rogue since my lease was expiring soon. I was approached by Sharone. I thought oh another salesman. I was completely wrong. It was the best thing that happened. He was interested in what I was looking for and not what he wanted to sell me. This is very rare in a salesman. He got me the payments that I could afford and all the options I wanted. I finally decided that I wanted the car in Silver. Sharone found one for me. We started doing the paperwork and he received a call from the warehouse he was getting the car from and was told that the car had minimal damage on it. He refused to take the car and worked on getting another car for me. The time and effort he took in making me happy was very commendable. I would highly recommend Sharone to anyone looking to buy or lease a Nissan.

    I just got a new Pathfinder and I must say I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The several employees that helped me out were great. They answered every question I had about the car and financing. I will be back in 36 months when my lease is due.

    We went to the Staten Island dealer in the new location. We were greeted and were given nice service until time to working out a deal. We had done our homework and knew what we wanted. We wanted the Rouge SV with the premium package. We worked with Damiano Inzerillo. He had offer us $398 with no money down a month or a lease. They asked what we wanted to pay. Well no one is going to say 398. We said $250. Well they never came back with a counter offer, they kept showing sticker prices on different cars or same car with different packages from what we wanted and gave us a song and dance on extras that they said we had to pay. Needless to say we said give us a counter offer and we can work out a deal. We even asked to speak with David who Damiano kept speaking with to get more info on cars that we didn't want or the same car with packages we didn't want. We decided that they didn't want to deal. We went to a different Nissan dealer the following day. We got the Rouge SV with perimum package for $275 no money down, we paid for fees upfront, we were given $2000 on old car which Staten Island Nissan only offered $500 and we were given a 3 year maintance package for free . We had a better experience at the other location and swore we would NEVER work with Staten Island Nissan again. If you are looking for a new Nissan save your time and go to a different dealer.
