Great Sales Representative for LIA Toyota

I was not in a hurry to buy so I took my time and looked at different makes and models. After test driving different SUV’s i knew that I… wanted another Toyota 4 Runner. My husband and I went to several Toyota dealers in our area. We ended up at Lia Toyota, Schenectady, NY. We met Thomas Pottenburgh, our sales manager. He was very professional and honest. I drove the 2024 4 Runner I really wanted and was sure this one was for me. Thomas met with his managers and brought us back the offer including my 2006 4 Runner trade. I signed the papers and Thomas took care of the rest. He also showed me how to navigate the electronics in my new 4 Runner. Many different features from my 2006. I would highly recommend asking to speak to Thomas Pottenburgh if interested in a vehicle at Lia. Toyota. My only concern is that I was told that my car would have a full tank of gas and be fully charged when I came… to pick it up. It did have a full tank but was charged only 15%. My Best Car Buying Experience

There was absolutely zero pressure on me right from the start. I was able to test drive a RAV4, Tom answered… all my questions, and then found the vehicle that matched my demands. Closing the deal could not have gone any better. Tom walked us through the entire process. Andrew Small was tasked with showing us how to set up and operate the RAV4 systems. He loves his job, and it shows. It was a pleasure to be around a young man that is excited to share his knowledge. I've purchased many new vehicles in my life, and hands down, this was my best experience. I hate buying new cars, but not this time.Thanks for your outstanding feedback, Joe. Pleasant and Professional sales experience at Lia Toyota

Lia offered a professional sales team with dealer incentives and service… incentives to consider a vehicle purchase, including a select list of potential vehicles, and followed up. There was no pressure and Lia was able to offer an interest rate far below that of my credit union. I have been very satisfied with the Toyota Corolla SE and continue to be happy with service on this vehicle.Charlie, thanks so much for mentioning all the aspects of your dealership experience that stood out.
