Dart recall

He asked me if I needed a ride home. I didn't because my husband was picking me up. I… told him I have been waiting almost 2 years for the recall parts to come in. He explained about the problem with parts. Very pleasant.We're glad Freddy made your day a little easier by being efficient and accommodating. Did not hear from anyone all day until I called at 4:00 pm and was told my car hadn’t been looked at yet. Picked up vehicle the… next day.I'm glad the service was good. We're sorry it took an extra day to get your vehicle done. The dealership is experiencing a shortage of technicians and we sincerely regret the inconvenience this caused you. Unfortunately my warranty had expired about a month prior to the work being done. I wasn’t aware of this and wasn’t happy but John Schroeder… took the time to contact Mopar service and then explain the situation to me in a very professional and courteous manner.
