He asked me if I needed a ride home. I didn't because my husband was picking me up. I… told him I have been waiting almost 2 years for the recall parts to come in. Did not hear from anyone all day until I called at 4:00 pm and was told my car hadn’t been looked at yet. Picked up vehicle the… next day.I'm glad the service was good. Unfortunately my warranty had expired about a month prior to the work being done. I wasn’t aware of this and wasn’t happy but John Schroeder… took the time to contact Mopar service and then explain the situation to me in a very professional and courteous manner.
