My family has had a wonderful experience at Bob Johnson in Henrietta. We all have bought cars here our salesman was Art Chase is truly the best he has helped us all. Art is considerate and has the patience of a saint especially dealing with… me! He just is a wonderful person caring and sincere.

by Pam F on 06/21/2024When I walked into Bob Johnson Nissan Dealership on 6/15, I was immediately greeted by a member of the team. Once I explained why I was there, he walked me over to Mark Angelo, one of the Sales Representatives. Mark and I talked for a few… minutes as to what I was looking for, my current vehicle, etc. Mark immediately let me know of the $1,000 Nissan Cash incentive. Upon agreeing to a test drive, when he returned with the keys and plates, we informed me that he forgot to mention the $500 Summer Cash incentive -- that is was a total of $1,500 incentive that I was eligible for. Mark was so patient as we attempted to work with my insurance company as to the insurance side -- needless to say the bad phone connection on their end did not help. Mark followed up on Monday, and called me about mid-morning to say that I was all set to pick up my new vehicle later that day. We test drove the Nissan KICKs, during the drive, Mark explained many of the safety and other features of the vehicle. We pulled into a parking lot, so that I would experience how the car did backing up and parking. Mark asked if I drove the Expressway, and upon learning that I did, he said then lets get onto the Expressway so you can see how it drives. The test drive probably lasted a good 15-20 minutes. Upon returning to the dealership, I informed him that I wanted to move forward and see what the numbers were if I trade in my current vehicle. Once that took place I had the opportunity to meet with a member of the Finance Team, Frank. Frank explained what I was eligible for, and the other items which I could get (10-year, 100,000 mile coverage, etc.) I selected what I wanted and what the monthly payments would be. At NO time did Frank pressure me to look at other packets that were available, etc. So on Monday (6/17), I was able to return to pick up my new vehicle. I met with Ed, to review all of the paperwork and to have any additional questions answered. I also had the chance to meet Will the General Sales Manager, who came over introduced himself, but also thanked me for selecting their dealership. He asked now my experience was thus far, and I was able to tell him of the excellent customer service I received from Mark, but also how helpful Frank and Ed were. As I drove off the lot in my new vehicle, I truly felt that I had an wonderful experience in that I was pleased with the deal I was able to get, the trade in value of former vehicle, but more so that I was treated with a level of respect and received top notch customer service. At no time did I feel pressured to buy, but also felt that I was listened to and heard by all members of the Bob Johnson Nissan Dealership Team. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR DEALSHIP TO ANYONE! by Ron in Penn Yan on 04/03/2023I'm a fairly regular Nissan lease customer and needed to replace an expiring 2020 Rogue lease. After shopping a couple local dealers, a bit closer to home, I decided to make the trip to Bob Johnson in Henrietta. The issues I had locally… were pricing (of course) and low-ball trade values for my existing vehicle. Yes, you can trade a leased vehicle and receive equity, albeit in this case only to a Nissan dealer. The online experience, trade value assessent (KBB tool at their site) and initital contacts all went very well. When I arrived at the dealership I was instantly greeted by Bill Treadway in sales, and shortly thereafter by Tom, a sales manager. They wasted no time assessing my vehicle for trade-in value, and it was actually slightly higher than the KBB quote I received from their web site. At this point, I'm already thousands ahead of those other dealerships. Next I examined a couple of vehicles I was interested in. I was given full disclosure lease terms and options-- full disclosure means I wasn't simple quoted a payment, but details needed to verify lease calculations for any comparably vehicle. The sell price was significant discounted from MSRP and incentives (3) were all applied without question or negotiating. I received a far better price and far greater trade-in equity than I'd been quoted at two Nissan dealerships closer to home. I selected the desired vehicle and lease terms, and Bill assisted with the online credit app, which was instantly approved (already preapproved by Nissan Finance). I returned to the dealership 3 hours later to take delivery of the new 2023 Rogue. Again, the signing process was electronic-- iPad-- streamlined and straight forward. There were absolutely no added sales pitches for rust proofing, extended warranties, etc. This is car buying the way it should be. I'll be back.I left feeling like I got exactly what I wanted
by Larry R on 03/07/2022I walked in really unsure of what I wanted to do--get a new car, get a used car, go EV, hybrid, or stick with a gas car. My sales person helped me through all the decisions with unwavering patience and answers for every one of my… questions. I still can't believe how efficient it was and how quickly I went from just walking in to literally driving off in my new car.
