Great Experience

He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. More importantly, he wasn't… overly pushy or aggressive, which makes people feel like they are trying to get as much money as they can out of you. In my process of car shopping, I looked at other dealers to see what other offers and options I had. I work in customer service, so in the end, after price was decided, my overall experience at the dealership was key. He explained the advantages of each model and left the final decision to me, with no pressure. Once I made my… mind up, he took the time to carefully instruct me about the car's many features, and has followed up at least twice with phone calls to answer any questions that I might have and to let me know that I should feel free to call on him should I have any concerns about the car. I love the car; I've had it for a week now and could not be happier. I would recommend Friendly Honda to family and friends and to anyone looking to buy a new or previously owned car. All the staff with whom I interacted were well-informed, professional, and courteous. I never felt as though they were trying to steer me in one direction or another; rather they helped me understand the advantages and features of each model and left the decision up to me. Trade-in and new lease

My experience on both occasions (plus a lease end visit/negotiation before deciding to extend my first lease for another year) was very good. The negotiation… experience feels 'clean', respectful and progesses in a straight forward fashion. Of course always do your homework before you arrive; current range of purchase prices, trade-in prices, deals, vehicle details, prices of extras, etc. My first dealership experience was with a Honda dealership in Woodside, Queen's, NY, buying a 2008 CR-V -- an experience that I wouldn't wish on an enemy!Thank you for sharing your experience at Friendly Honda and purchasing your second vehicle from us! Making it Easy

I have been dealing with him for over 20 years and he has always treated me like a VIP and has always given me a fair price. I told him the… specific model and color that I was interested in and he did all the rest. My new 2016 Civic EX - T looks great and has so many new features - I'm still learning. It has the look and feel of a much higher priced vehicle and is really appealing to the eye. I can understand why the 2016 Honda Civic won the North American Car of the Year award for 2016.Used Car Purchase
by luvmy10odyssey on 01/24/2016I just purchased a used Odyssey from Friendly Honda. The salesman was not pushy and very knowledgeable. I asked for several things, including new tires and a full documented inspection. They put premium tires on it, and ran it through the… full Certified inspection process. Upon driving it home, we noticed a ding in the windshield. They replaced it the next day with no hassle. There was also problem with the TPMS sensor system that cropped up after we had the car for a day. They fixed that as well, again, no hassle. I am very happy with this dealership.Really friendly this time around

A few weeks ago, received a sales push letter from the owner of the dealership saying they're offering employee discount… until January 4th. In the spirit of supporting local business, we went in to see what kind of deal they have for a 2016 Odyssey. What a treat it turned out to be - not only they had the model and color we preferred, the initial offer made by the very friendly salesperson, Charles, for both the new car and trade-in was so decent, we accepted without any further haggling, they even threw in wheel locks. This time they really live up to their name - being Friendly ! While it took them quite a while to get the new Odyssey ready, as they were delivering many cars that afternoon, the whole process was absolutely straight and smooth.3rd time buying from Friendly

My wife and I described what we were looking for both in a car and the… financials. Within minutes I had all the data printed out in front of me to review. We went through each scenario so my wife and I understand the pros and cons of all options. I felt we were able to make a very well informed decision. I am a data guy and seeing everything in black and white for me to review was a nice touch. Nothing to hide here!All Car Sales Should Be This Easy

I needed a ride to pick up my new car at Friendly and Papa drove to my house to pick… me up! Now that's service. First Friendly Honda experience won't be our last

Chaz was full of information (and if he didn't know something, he made sure he found out before we walked away from… the demo car!) and he was no-pressure. Chaz explained to us the difference between leasing and buying outright, and not only did we go with our first Honda, we leased for the first time as well. We were able to get a high quality model for much less and are worry-free with the maintenance with the fully paid maintenance package that Friendly Honda offered us.Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at Friendly Honda.
