The customer Service is always a Pleasure . Being a woman who knows nothing… about the mechanics of a car but to drive it LOL I feel Greatful to know that if anything goes wrong I have a safe place to bring my vehicle to get diagnosed. Great service
by Sylvia on 02/12/2021The customer service is excellent. They took the time to find out what the issue is and fixed it. I did not have an appointment and they took my car and worked on it. They fixed a leaky tire issue that I was having since 2019. I kept… getting air in the tire because that’s what the tire shop told me I needed. But Nissan saw the real issue of the tire sensor and fixed it. I highly recommend Nissan to anyone. They are polite and know their job about fixing their cars. I brought my Marano from them in 2009 and they always did a great job fixing any issue with the car. Thank you so much Nissan. The entire staff is kind and patient just wish there were loaner vehicles I didn’t have to pay out of pocket for. First time there and while i think it took a little longer than i would have expected, the experience was good from the valet picking up and delivering the… car to me to the service advisor who was able to tell me what other services were recommended without being pushy. by MVargasGarcia on 03/28/2018Brought the car in for a new battery, got new terminals. Brought the car in for a set of new tires got old tires. Brought the care in for an all points checkup, they forgot to do the ALL points check and missed quite a few which is now… costing me a pretty penny because they didn't do a proper check. Bought a new tire for the passenger side 2 years ago, they marked that all tires were worn down the same amount of use - all 4 tires? Trying to get an answer from them now. Getting the worst treatment ever because I am requesting a set of new tires that I paid for, they told me to bring the car in so that they can Armor All the tires! Still waiting for an answer and a resolution. I emailed the service dept manager. No answer yet. Nissan of Queens you suck!WORST NISSAN SERVICE CENTER IN THE UNIVERSE

Instead of having trained and certified mechanics it seems like they have psychics working in the shop. They don't find the main problem… after running various tests; after they "fix" your car, be prepare to go back a few more times because they have no idea on what they are doing. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from this location, or there will be regrets.Beyond Frustrated

I took my car in for the regular maintenance check up on 6/17/2017 of which I had let them know that the multi-functional indicator light was on and I had tried to do everything that the manual had stated and to… no avail. They cleared the light without mentioning why the light was on. The next day as I was just parking the car from one side to the next the light came on again. I immediately called and I was told to bring the car in again. I brought the car in the next Saturday 6/24/2017, was there for several hours to be told that the fuel pump was causing the warning, and a new one needed to be ordered, that I should receive a call when it arrived. I received that call on July 10 the next day I took the car in for what was suppose to be a same day service. I was given a Altima as a loaner, without any of the amenities that I pay for in my car nor the space required to travel with 3 big kids and a car seat. That same day Tuesday 11th of July, I received a call from the service center that the mechanic brought a piece of the fuel pump and another one needed to be ordered. This turned into 2 in a half weeks of not having my car and in these 2 in a half weeks I received one call back to tell me that 2 other pumps had to be ordered. Not to mention that, that same week I had a planned camping trip, and had to rent a Uhual and have another friend pull it for me because nothing fit in this Altima. I had to go to my car on 7/14 to pick up some items in my car, my car was parked 3 blocks away on a street instead of in the lot, and had several scratches that were not there before turning in the car. I spoke to the manager and he said not to worry that it would be fixed before I picked up my car. Finally on 7/28 I received a call back to let me know that my car was ready for pick and on 7/29 I picked up my car. The scratches were covered up with a sharpie and my water proof mates were missing, there was a screw on the window, I am beyond furious. I paid my car note for the entire mouth while it was at the Nissan service center for 2 in a half weeks. Not to mention that they reset my key but failed to tell me to bring in my spare, which now is not working and I have to go back to the service center to have it reset.Fast and Easy service.

by amin29997 on 11/27/2014I scheduled an oil change for my 2010 Nissan Maxima for 3:30pm on November 25, 2014 at Nissan of Queens located at 84-24 Rockaway Blvd Queens, NY 11416. I was held hostage from 3:30pm to 5:30pm without any oil change done. Nissan make good… cars but Nissan of Queens Repair Services is operated by morons that have no respect for customer time. If you dont believe me then read similar reviews on yelp, google, and all over the web. This is a big sham.[violative content deleted]!

They upsell me on service thats not needed, they ignore you, they dont tell you when your car is ready, they leave it on the street somewhere, they dont communicate with you by looking the other way when they… talk to you, they do shoddy work and when you go back for their error they make you wait another 4 hours to complete their work that should have been correct in the first place! All they care about is ripping you off and look at other women when they walk by. Horrible Place![violative content deleted]
by kamil_wszola on 01/28/2010They called me last week to come in for a $10 oil change. I said OK and sent my file today on the appointment day. First they tried to sell her a $475 tune-up. She said no. So they charged her $47 for the oil change and told her she… needs to change 2 belts (engine belt and alternator belt) for $175. I looked at the belts and so did a friend and nothing is wrong with them. They are [violative content deleted]. When I called them and asked what happened to the $10 oil change, the guy who dealt with the wife said he doesn't know anything about it because he is not the one that spoke to me on the phone last week. NEVER GO TO NISSAN OF QUEENS!
