Dealership Service Review
Brought the car in for a new battery, got new terminals. Brought the car in for a set of new tires got old tires. Brought the care in for an all points checkup, they forgot to do the ALL points check and missed quite a few which is now costing me a pretty penny because they didn't do a proper check. Bought a new tire for the passenger side 2 years ago, they marked that all tires were worn down the same amount of use - all 4 tires? Trying to get an answer from them now. Getting the worst treatment ever because I am requesting a set of new tires that I paid for, they told me to bring the car in so that they can Armor All the tires! Still waiting for an answer and a resolution. I emailed the service dept manager. No answer yet. Nissan of Queens you suck!
