    I took my car to get serviced, and haven’t gotten an update on the issue. I called to get an update and was put in hold twice and was told someone will get back to me. no one did. I called back and was told that the person that I need to speak to is not available and they will call me back. I dropped my car early in the morning 7:35 to be exact and it’s 4:17 and yet to find out what’s wrong with my car.

    I dropped my car off about a month ago for repair for my break light. The issue was never fixed I had to keep calling the shop for updates which I highly doubt there was any. Even after waiting a month my issue wasn't solved. I'm so disgusted.

    I recently came to Sunrise VW to get my annual oil change, recall updates, and new wipers, 2 days after my 4 hours visit, my car refused to start. It turned out that my battery died. However, according to a service manager at another vw location, this was something that should have been detected when they did my multi inspection that goes with my oil change. When I called to discuss it with them, they were very nasty with me and had no regard to the fact that I was stranded at work, without a way to pick up my 2 younger children. When I asked for a loaner, as usual they do not have any loaner cars to give me so I would not be inconvenienced. That brings me to another point, last year when I needed a loaner and of course none was available, after complaining in the service dept, a manager said "Let her use my car" oh so the loaners are for the managers personal use as opposed to the customers who truly need it. Just too many bad experiences at this dealer. I am going to take my service needs to the wonderful dealer who helped me during my crisis.

    I have an invoice for oil change and air filter. Just the oil was replace without the oil filter. the air filter was never replaced I encourage anyone who has been ripped off by sunrise VW to make a report to the DMV and the Attorney General's Office.

    After finding a deal on a 2009 Jetta through Ebay i decided to check out the car in person. Despite the price being marked up by more than 4000 dollars at the dealership they decided to give the car to me at the advised price on ebay! Turned out the price online was an error but they honored the price anyway. When i went back in for a key programming, I told them about a few things i noticed that needed to be fixed up and they ordered the parts right away! Complimentary finger foods and coffee was also available! Would definitely come back despite the long drive from NYC!

    I believe Tony was the name of the service consultant that helped me. He was extremely helpful and considerate of my emergency situation. I tend to have terrible experience when my car breaks down, but this was on the the best experiences I've had in a while. When the part was not going to be available for a few days which would prevent me from getting back to work on Monday, my services consultant went above and beyond and placed several phone calls to locate an adequate part that day and get me back on the road. I really appreciate all of his work.
