Dealership Service Review
I recently came to Sunrise VW to get my annual oil change, recall updates, and new wipers, 2 days after my 4 hours visit, my car refused to start. It turned out that my battery died. However, according to a service manager at another vw location, this was something that should have been detected when they did my multi inspection that goes with my oil change. When I called to discuss it with them, they were very nasty with me and had no regard to the fact that I was stranded at work, without a way to pick up my 2 younger children. When I asked for a loaner, as usual they do not have any loaner cars to give me so I would not be inconvenienced. That brings me to another point, last year when I needed a loaner and of course none was available, after complaining in the service dept, a manager said "Let her use my car" oh so the loaners are for the managers personal use as opposed to the customers who truly need it. Just too many bad experiences at this dealer. I am going to take my service needs to the wonderful dealer who helped me during my crisis.
