by RRocket on 11/27/2018We called the dealership twice and received a recording advising us to leave our name and number and someone would call us back to make the appointment for our initial service visit. No one called back. We finally got in touch with the… service coordinator and she made our appointment. Upon entering the service area we were told to talk to a service rep inside and we were told what they were going to do during this visit. The car is a discovery sport and had less than 6000 miles on it. The rep said that they would align the tires, we asked why do we need an alignment and we were told that it’s necessary on the initial service. We were not happy, but left the vehicle. The estimate they gave us, time wise, was correct and two and one half hours later we went to pick up the car. The bill was $941.00 plus tax. We took the car and vowed that we would never return to this dealer for service. $300.00 for an alignment and $178.00 per hour for labor on a brand new car.Repair LR3

by 2013Evoque on 12/05/2015updated 01/06/2016I came in for an oil change and after the full car inspection I was told I needed rear brakes. I was rather surprised as the car just 30,000 miles. I was assured by my wonderful service advisor Heather that it was normal and that, it was… surprising that I had gone that long without brake wear, as the usual for RR/LR products is 18-20,000 miles. While I was not pleased with he price, or the news that RR uses soft pads in order to minimize brake noise, I consented to the service because I did not want to ride with worn brakes, and "only" have it serviced at LR of Huntington. It is now several months since the brake job; car is fine, no brake noise and all is well. My compliments to Heather, who was patient, explained everything, made sure car was finished when promised, and obtained a loaner so I did not have to wait forever. LR Huntington has great service and Heather is a gem. Would recommend dealership without reservation, and always recommend deer service, despite sky high prices for service,Great service friendly people.

by jsudano2 on 10/16/2015My Land Rover runs like brand new with no problems after 4 years. Huntington Land Rover is the only one servicing my LR4. The service is great, and at times costly, but its a luxury SUV. The only issue I have ever had is my car not being… cleaned upon delivery. A minor issue.
