DANGEROUS PEOPLE BE AWARE!
by Avooshi1 on 07/20/2018I came across European Masters in great neck Ny when i was searching for an E class 63 AMG. I called them for some information and they put me on the phone with Darryl. Asked for some furthur information, condition and availability and they… said the car was in great condition, was available . I immediately placed a deposit and asked to hold the car for me as i am based in Los Angles, CA and had to take a flight to see the car. The following morning i have submitted a finance request and they called me back saying i was approved with an OK APR and they they will send me over night the documents to sign. In the meantime i went ahead and booked the flight and hotel tickets. Called the following morning since the documents haven't arrived, but nothing..no one is answering as if they were avoiding me. Called the manager Norman and he said the car was at the body shop getting fixed (already a problem). Called the front desk and they said the car is available for sale (another problem), managed to call Darryl from a different number and he answered miraculously admitting the car has been sold to someone else.. So much lies, deception, miscommunication between the staff. Why do European Masters NY deceive people and take their deposits, run their credits, make you book tickets and fly 3000 miles for nothing... I am reporting them to the state attorney general for fraud, false advertising, running hard inquiries taking deposits for no reasonBait and switch
by CarBuyer on 04/29/2018I went in for a E350 black with tan interior that they confirm to have but when you get there they give you the car was just sold story and point you over to another car that costs more. They take your information down and tell you they… will look and call back. They have a couple of cars listed falsely, I still see two of the cars still listed after two weeks. Buyer beware!! They try to do trickery with the financing as well!!! Read ALL PAPERWORK and make sure you get all the fees listed!!Not Happy with Master's
by djblack921 on 02/05/2018I purchased a beautiful 335ix form European Masters, found the car on Cargurus and was promised a $100.00 gift card and a $25.00 gas card after purchase. The cards were not available when I picked up my vehicle and my salesman Mohammed… assured me that I would receive it ASAP well it's 3 month's later and I still haven't gotten it and Mohammed no longer responds to my texts. Additionally I never received my registration and as a result got a ticket and had to request the info from DMV myself. Consequently no recommendations from me!!Wonderful dealership:)

by Sarankan79 on 01/08/2018I bought gl 450 on January 2nd , sales person so friendly and he did what he can do with in his limit, 66,000 miles on my vehicle $37,750 as a vehicle price was given to me when I requested for then he took me to finance director and that… guy told me I got 4.9% interest rate from certain bank ( I heard that bsnks name for the first time )and told me I need to pay $659 for 75 months at zero down Then I asked them to contact Bank of America to get me a rate , another finance guy got a rate as low as 3.24% from BOA and bring my payment down to $633 and $350 down I was rushing to get my vehicle and said ok to that deal and signed papers , WHEN I GOT HOME AND CHECK THOSE PAPERS AND FOUND OUT THEY REQUESTED $ 42,983 as a loan amount from BOA I under stand there are some fees associated with this still $37750 to $42983 is rediculously high and its robing from hard working people I call Mr Kevin ( finance guy ) and left him a message about it still no answer from him. This is shame, I asked for a free Carfax report from sales person dealt with me and no answer from him too !Hassle free car Buying
by Mellymel2 on 12/29/2017I Wanted to upgrade my car, so I did my research on-line and found European Masters. I found they had the best price on a 2015 MB ML350 with low mileage. Went to the dealership and met one of their salesperson Jamal. He helped us right… away and gave me the information I needed on the car model they had. Didn't get the usual salesman talk, I knew what I wanted and he gave me facts. I got my new car within a few days, without any aggravation. Jamal was real professional and followed up with me to make sure the transition/purchase of the new car was smooth. Would definitely recommend.Great Inventory

by FRAUD2017 on 12/01/2017Purchased a great BMW from Salesman Alejandro in July 2017. I also purchased a 3 year - 36000 mile Extended Warranty for $3500. I brought the car home and had it checked out by my local BMW Dealer who gave the vehicle a perfect bill of… health. The car has 62000 miles on it and figured I probably wouldn't have issues with the vehicle until long after the warranty expires. I filled out the proper paperwork and sent to both European Masters and Continental Warranty. The Warranty company told me the release was sent to Masters and they would send me the reimbursement. I sent several emails and voicemail to Kevin V. in finance and he refuses to contact me. Overall I was very satisfied with the process of the purchase and the vehicle. Great people work there from the sales Managers to the car detailers. It was a great experience. I find it hard to believe that I wouldn't be reimbursed after I cancelled my Extended Warranty. Now I have no warranty nor my $3500. This is down right theft.Waste of Time

Called in on Sunday morning (they are open Sundays, vs Saturdays) and talked to a young lady who told me I would be called back by Alejandro, the sales person assigned to me. That call… back happened on Monday after I briefly used the chat function on their website asking again for any Sales rep to be available. And so the typical car salesman tactic start. The advertised price only applies when, ... the dealerfee's (over $1000.00) are non negotiable, but maybe I can do something about it... I can get you a better finance rate than what you have... Alejandro was aware that I am an out of state buyer and that I would put down a security deposit ones we have come to terms with the drive-away price. So I was convinced to possibly finance with European Masters (BMW Bank), so a hard credit inquiry was done (which will reflect negatively on my credit score). The rate was not competitive. I told Alejandro what parameters would work, yet again, I was told to hear back the next day. Overall, it was like pulling teeth to get in touch with Alejandro. So the next day arrives, at 11am I send a text to ask for an update and we actually come to terms. I am ready to place the deposit for a weekend pickup. 10 minutes later I was told the car already sold the day prior. The usual excuses, when there is no security deposit, blah blah blah... we are high volume, yada yada yada. It is clear there is a lack of communication between the sales agents and I question why I had a credit check done in the first place. Maybe, and I am going out on a limp here, if you would advertise with the real price and visibility of add on fee's, ones time wouldn't be wasted!Satisfied Customer

Alejandro took care of us, from giving us the best deal to guiding us thru the… process, to complete if all the paperwork to moving all the belongings from our old car to the new one that we traded in.Great dealership

by nefedor on 10/24/2017The only star is because Christine, my sales rep, was honest and professional, she personally deserves only compliments. The rest is a nightmare. I came to Masters for a specific car, needless to say it wasn't there. I was ok with that… since I was shopping for particular model, so I was shown another car which just came and was yet to be prepped. I liked the car and we agreed I'd come back with my mechanic. When I did, they told me the car was having bad issues and isn't available. So they offered another car, more expensive one. My mechanic looked at it and found several issues which they agreed to fix. The owner was there and was joking about buying off my mechanic to tell me that the car is fine. Or half-joking. Week later I'm back with the mechanic after they told me the car is fixed. And we see that all issues are still there. No sign of anyone doing anything about them. Then the owner comes and starts yelling at my mechanic: get out of my car! you don't know anything about cars! What a [non-permissible content removed]! Bottom line: avoid this place like a plague. They sell junk cars without taking any care of them. You might get lucky and get an ok car. Or get unlucky and get check engine light after first 60 miles (they erase computer's memory so it will take about that for lights to appear). They don't care about you getting good car, they don't add any value, just ripping you off. You'll do much better in other places (I bought my car the same day at AutoExpo just few blocks from them).They are great

I went looking for one type, test drive another then bought a completely different one. Yes, I couldn't resist… the Alpina B7!!! Special thanks to Jamal for going over the details, ZERO pressure and hassle free; buying a car was very easy and pleasant. Joe the finance person was very helpful, and of course Manager "Norman" was just awesome. This place has very unique, high end new/used vehicles. Jamal, my salesmen went over my budget and different cars in my price range. I ended up getting a c300 sedan which actually turned out to be… the best decision for me. I must say everyone at Masters, especially Jamal, made me feel like family and I would highly recommend them!No Funny Business!

Upon entering I asked where the used cars were and my salesperson, Mohammad said I was in the used car section. The cars in the… showroom look amazing and are extremely well kept. The car I was looking for had just arrived and to be fair to the dealership, it just came in and they did inform me that it just came in prior to my arrival. Mohammad assured me that everything would be ready and done in timely fashion. I picked up my car last night and everything was smooth. No funny business, everything was well explained. My payment and the break down, Mohammad held up his end of the deal and made sure everything was right to the very last detail and even suggestions as to how to better my score. This morning I looked in my driveway and still couldn't believe I got the exact GL450 I wanted and most importantly NEEDED for my family. This will be a great car for the next 5-6 years for my kids. Time to go on our first road trip!
