Best dealership ever

Lexus of Freeport is top tier!! I have also done service here as well and it’s headache free.… Never an issue regarding my concerns. The GM Derick Doble is an outstanding man as he always makes sure everything is going smoothly in the store. Natasha is my sales rep so ask for her when your car shopping. They Also have a wide selection of used cars on there lot as well.Xavier, thank you for your continued trust in Lexus of Freeport! My sales person, Sheila Mancuso, is super to work with. She’s incredibly knowledgeable of… the cars she’s selling, and goes out of her way to give you a great deal. I love her! Her Manager, Mirza Kavazovic, is kind, respectful and a tremendous representative, Freeport is lucky to have him. by L Carlin on 06/08/2024I just purchased a 2024 Lexus LS500 from Sheila Mancuso at Lexus of Freeport. I purchased my last car from her and the car before that! I always ask for Sheila. She's so helpful and friendly and is knowledgeable about the product. There… are not many LS500s available and she could not get the color combination I wanted. I said I'd wait. She called me when she realized there was one on a shipment coming from Japan. I ordered it right away! Sheila helped connect everything on my phone in the car and went over everything. There was a little glitch with the map display and she got Mike, the service manager, to help. He brought it in the garage and they corrected it in no time! I love my new car and if Sheila is still there when I'm ready to trade it in I will ask for her again!Thank you for sharing your experience with Sheila and the team at Lexus of Freeport! While I was satisfied with the service I received in the past, this is the first time that Lexus far exceeded my expectations. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate… my busy schedule, including Dean, the Finance Manager, who came in on his day off to finalize my paperwork. I was also extremely impressed with Peter from the sales department. He was on top of everything and very attentive. He truly made the car buying experience a pleasurable experience. by KP18 on 08/15/2014For those consumers who use websites like these before going to a dealership. Take my review seriously. Honestly the worst dealership you can probably go to in the New York City/Long Island area. They will add things to your contract… without your knowing so make sure you read your contract thoroughly. I paid for an optional maintenance agreement that I never asked for or talked about and guess what happened still paid for servicing at this dealership. I only found out about this by going to another Lexus dealership and they told me you paid for maintenance up front. Don't go there is all I'm saying. The worst Lexus car dealer.Worst dealership ever !!!!
by iamdabest1 on 10/03/2010i felt so disappointed and cheated when i left the dealership, there was a stone chip in the windshield that i didnt notice until i got home ( it was a demo model) they charged me more money than they promised, i felt like a fool for… ever leaving bmw. the is-f was still worth the price they gave it to me for, but it was just a horrible experience. " Ray Saper" sold me the car, what a crooked salesman when they realized they screwed me over, the Manager called me asking for forgiveness and this was because they were worried that i would blast them if lexus called me for the survey.. he asked me what he could do to make it up to me and offered " tinted windows" then offered me free service for a year... i said i dont want that... he asked me what i wanted i told him " blue break calipers, or a built in radar jamar" the manager flipped out and said : come on thats over $1000 dollars... he said take your time think about it and get back to me... when i called back this guy i believe his name was Frank, never picked up the phone or answered my messages .. after calling everyday for 2 weeks, i just gave up.. naturally i blasted them when lexus called me with the new owner survey but they never did anything either... I will never get another lexus.Bait & Switch - Avoid at all cost!
by wasabi911 on 12/27/2009this is the worst car buying experience i have ever had with this dealer. They kept telling me a different story and changing the price quotes through out the process. They are slow to respond and only provided you with info at the last… minute such as the actual car in stock or financing rates so you'll have to accept their bait & switch trick at the last minute w/ no other options. Good thing all the info is available online and it was obvious they were trying to scam you. Decided to move on to another dealer who was upfront about the car buying process.Wonderful Experience...A pleasure to do business with

Went to several of the other LI (NY) Lexus dealerships and I really feel that Lexus of Rockville Centre was top notch and… above the rest. Had done all my research using Edmunds.com and other car buying sites to decide on what options and pricing I should expect. The sales rep I dealt with was outstanding. The sales managers were very polite and courteous. They gave me the best price with little to no negotiations....no haggling back and fourth required. I drove home knowing that I got the best deal I could on an awsome car (ES350). The overall experience was truly a pleasure. Even though they are not the closest Lexus dealer to my home....I would not think twice about purchasing another vehicle (someday) from them. Do your research...know the car and pricing you are interested in (MSRP and Invoice) before you step out...and when you are ready to buy your new Lexus...go to Lexus of Rockville Centre. Hopefully your experience will be as pleasurable as mine was.Repeat Customer

I shop around a lot for cars and I always find myself going right back to Rockville. Their pricing is competitive and you don't drive… off the lot feeling like you got cheated.
