Lexus of Freeport

i felt so disappointed and cheated when i left the dealership, there was a stone chip in the windshield that i didnt notice until i got home ( it was a demo model) they charged me more money than they promised, i felt like a fool for ever leaving bmw. the is-f was still worth the price they gave it to me for, but it was just a horrible experience. " Ray Saper" sold me the car, what a crooked salesman when they realized they screwed me over, the Manager called me asking for forgiveness and this was because they were worried that i would blast them if lexus called me for the survey.. he asked me what he could do to make it up to me and offered " tinted windows" then offered me free service for a year... i said i dont want that... he asked me what i wanted i told him " blue break calipers, or a built in radar jamar" the manager flipped out and said : come on thats over $1000 dollars... he said take your time think about it and get back to me... when i called back this guy i believe his name was Frank, never picked up the phone or answered my messages .. after calling everyday for 2 weeks, i just gave up.. naturally i blasted them when lexus called me with the new owner survey but they never did anything either... I will never get another lexus.
