  • Sold our car after entering into contract with us

    We entered into a verbal contract with a salesperson, provided credit card information for the deposit over the phone, and were told by the salesperson that the car was ours. We recorded the conversation. Four hours later, the GM called back and said they already sold it to someone else in breach of our verbal contract. BBB complaint has been filed, and you have been warned. Stay far away from this unethical dealer!

We are truly sorry that the vehicle you were interested in ended up being sold and we do hope we have the opportunity to restore your faith in our dealership in the future. We did send you another vehicle that is similar to the vehicle you inquired about. Unfortunately the vehicle was sold prior to you giving us a deposit. We do not have only one salesperson and we do not adhere to any verbal agreements. Any deal must be accompanied by a purchase order signed by you the customer and the sales manager approving the agreement. I understand your frustration in not finding the same car anywhere else.     The Sales Consultant, Dave White, was excellent. Very personalized service. Dave has been available for additional questions even after the sale of the car. I have really appreciated the experience with Toyota.

  • The worst choice of my life

    I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy they by far are the worst [non-permissible content removed] I’ve ever dealt with and the mess continues as we speak I have a $100k plus car that I bought that I cant even drive because they will not give me a temp tag because the one they Gave me expired over a week ago so now it’s going on 2weeks and could be longer without being able to drive my newly purchased $100k car Jeff wall , Murad Abdel-Aziz, Mark Bruno , joe Valentino , were the worst people I’ve ever encountered it’s a matter of time before this dealership goes down the ONLY Honest person their was John Bruno now that was a good stand up guy ... they had me fly my kids from Florida to NYC to pick up my newly purchased car only to get there and be told we should fly back home because they couldn’t release the car to them because Mercedes Benz Finacial hasn’t cut the check so my kids ended up staying in nyc with no change of cloths because the thought was to pick up the car and head back to Florida they ended up staying there 5 days now mind you that Mercedes Benz Finacial had already approved the loan they already had my $12k and all contracts were signed ended up having to sign another contract because of their lapse the car was suppose to be CPOED one tire was bald , both headlights were facing the ground so you couldn’t see at night they had to drive like that in snow storm and in the dark it’s just been a constant lie after lie after lie from this staff constant run around if you want a mercedes you better go somewhere else I’ve never had to deal with this type of treatment in the military “Mercedes Benz as a brand needs to strip this dealership of its name because they are tarnishing the brand . I really want to type more but I’m beyond upset and embarrassed by this I wish I could give it back and go somewhere else they don’t deserve my money

    i loved my car buying experiance with Fadi Shubak he was amazing form the start to the end i liked it so much i brought my friend to buy a car the next day it was a great day proffisional and very friendly thank you guys Fadi is a great sales person no pressure i loved it

    I had a great experience at Romano motors. The service is truly top of the line. The service and the people that work in that department and in sales are truly the top of line. The finance department got me a good loan with good rates.to me this dealership is golden. Great job Romano mercedes benz.
