Final price was exactly as negotiated without last-minute surprises.… Salesperson (Emilia Baez) was polite and professional and very attentive to my needs. After the purchase, I was sent a link to make signing up for Xirius SM radio very easy with my car and radio information already in. My car also had an amazing detailing work prior to purchase. by Rover1970 on 08/24/2023Edgar and his team were great as always. Car washing service was ridiculously slow. Ended up requesting the car back as it took the car wash team over an hour to do nothing with the car. What should have been a half hour event turned… into over 2 hours at the dealership waiting for the inspection to be complete and car washed. Apparently the inspection equipment was broken and the dealership had to go to a local service station. We could have done that and saved a few hours on our own. Not pleased with this visit although we are big fans of Jaguar/Range Rover White Plains.Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Sales Experience
by jfcdds13 on 04/13/2023Unfortunately, despite some efforts made by the GM and sales personnel I am reluctant to recommend ANY Jaguar Land Rover dealership. I give one star for the GM's attempt to help me and another for the vehicles themselves. I own both A… Jaguar and Land Rover, and while this dealership only sold me the Jaguar, I gave them the opportunity for the successful sale after their failed attempt at selling me my Range Rover. The brands have good products but absolutely terrible customer service regarding the SALE of the car, not the service. The jaguar is a $100,000 vehicle and the Range Rover $125,000. In one year I invested almost a quarter of a million dollars for a great product but disappointing and blatantly dismissive customer service. I am furnishing the sales experience 7 months after the purchase because that is how long it took for them to "complete" my transaction. They owed me a key. Simple enough, and understandable that there was a world wide chip shortage. The issue arises with the poor communication throughout the process. The dealership actually made me feel unappreciated. I do not need smiles and excuses. I appreciate prompt replies and accurate information, I got neither. From the time I ordered the car to the final delivery of the key Jaguar was noncommittal with any definitive information regarding when I could anticipate getting the car and the key. I hold Corporate Jaguar Land Rover accountable for the dealerships lack of information regarding delivery dates, but the dealership for making me feel as though they do not value me as a customer. I own and have owned many other very exotic and expensive vehicles, customer service is number one! I can elaborate quite a while because UNIVERSALLY, I visited many dealerships in the NY metro area and the experience was consistently disappointing. 2023 Jaguar F-Pace SVR

There were some communication issues early on with my sales person having to do with supply chain constraints and options that were, or were not available from the factory.… In the end the general manager was super professional and clear about providing me with options and resolutions available to me for the mishap. He then also went above and beyond and provided additional free services options to make sure I was a happy customer. I was told if I didn't do a trade in and paid in full I could get the car from the show room delivered out of state. So I… paid in full and now almost three weeks later I still do not have car. I am getting more excuses and delays and don't know if they will ever deliver. They promise and promise it will be delivered and still NO CAR! The dealership will no longer return my correspondence.
