Edgar and his team were great as always. Car washing service was ridiculously slow. Ended up requesting the car back as it took the car wash team over an hour to do nothing with the car. What should have been a half hour event turned into over 2 hours at the dealership waiting for the inspection to be complete and car washed. Apparently the inspection equipment was broken and the dealership had to go to a local service station. We could have done that and saved a few hours on our own. Not pleased with this visit although we are big fans of Jaguar/Range Rover White Plains.
