Jaguar White Plains

Overall the customer service at White Plains Jaguar has been great. There were some communication issues early on with my sales person having to do with supply chain constraints and options that were, or were not available from the factory. In the end the general manager was super professional and clear about providing me with options and resolutions available to me for the mishap. He then also went above and beyond and provided additional free services options to make sure I was a happy customer. Thanks to all at the dealer, including the service manager who helped with all of the above.
