by Marciabrown on 01/06/2018Our nightmare started with purchasing a 2015 Cadillac SRX. We were hounded to take out a warranty package for an extra $4000. We declined after much badgering, but the next day when we were to pick up vehicle, our sales person Charlie… called and "bugged" us again about purchasing the warranty and they had one cheaper for less time. We were told it was bumper to bumper but did not cover fair wear and tear items. Relented after Charlie said how could you not buy this. We bought it!! Picked up car end of September, readying for our trip to Florida for the winter. We never drove the car at night until we left for Florida in November. We found out the low beam lights did NOT WORK on I-95. We did not panic as high beams worked and we would not drive after dark and get service once getting to Florida. Took the car to Ed Morse Cadillac in Tampa and found both lights needed replacing to the tune of $1600 and they talked to warranty company and said it was not covered to our astonishment. Called mgr at Reymores, Bill Bercume, and he said must be some sort of glitch and would look into it. That was Thursday night. On Friday, Charlie, our sales person called and said it was a mistake on their part that a certain box was not checked. They would fix this error and fax to the warranty company. That was such excellent news, and yes they were RIGHT, we should have taken out warranty. Feeling relieved and had a rental car, we went into the weekend. By Monday night had not heard a word from anyone. Finally Tuesday I called Ed Morse Cadillac to see when we could pick up our car. At that TIME, we were told the warranty company rejected out claim yet again!!!!! Called Charlie Wescott, our sales person at Reymore Chevrolet and asked what was going on, having not heard anything He proceeded to tell me the warranty we bought would not cover the $1600 light repair. WHAT? THIS CANNOT BE TRUE. You and finance officer said it would cover anything that was not wear and tear items such as brakes, tires, shocks etc and now you are telling me that it was not covering the lights after you "BADGERED US" INTO PAYING ANOTHER $4000 FOR THE WARRANTY. How can you do this and respect yourselves. I said maybe the company should offer to pay half and he said no way. This just added fuel to the issues of the scraped paint that was supposed to be repaired before we picked up car..never did. Offered to get us touch up paint which NEVER HAPPENED. HOW CAN YOU RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS?? You gave us less than what we wanted for our Escalade trade in. Learned an important lesson but at our expense!!!!!!!!!! Do you all need the money that bad that you have to hurt the senior citizen customer??????????? Never again!!!Best experience EVER!
by dmflord on 09/18/2017I went to Reymore thinking I might like to trade in my Kia Sportage for a Ford Escape. I was greated by almost everyone there but made an appt specifically with Jaime House. She took me for several test drives that changed my mind on what… I wanted and asked if they happened to have any Kia Sportages in stock. She was very personable, efficient and extremely helpful. I literally had just started to look on Friday am and went home owning a like new Kia Sportage 2015. They did all the financing paperwork, valued my trade-in and I was there less than 2 hours( that included the 3-4 cars I took for test drives). I am extremely happy I went there and will be more than happy to go back when I need a new vehicle again!Most Accommodating

Starting with being sure I had a vehicle to drive for several days while the technicians tried to is find the problem with my tires. Next to the courtesy of Tim, suggesting I… leave my other set of tires until such time I could go straight home rather than drive with them all day in my car having to deal with the odor of tires. Then most recently, that Jon noticed some of the lug caps had been lost during the prior service, and ordering replacements. I believe that every effort was made to accommodate my schedule and repair.Reymore Chevrolet

I forgot my work… parking pass in the car we traded in - early the next morning the secretary in the garage went out of her way to find the keys so I could get the parking pass! great customer serviceExcellent service & experience!

by blue02ss on 12/18/2009I have purchased 3 cars from Reymore Chevrolet over the last 3 years and had a flawless experience each time. I always expect that there will be some kind of glitch every time I go to sign the paperwork, but there never is. These people… stick to their word and will do almost anything to make you happy. On top of that they are always friendly, there's never any pressure, and they are incredibly easy to work with. They might not have the largest inventory (although since they've opened their new dealership they do seem to have a lot more cars in inventory than before) but the upside is that they have good relationships with a lot of other dealers and can get whatever it is you're looking for. They even sent someone almost 200 miles away to get the exact car I wanted. Of course they're in business to make money, but the thought has never even crossed my mind that anyone there is trying to screw me. I might be able to do a few dollars better elsewhere (although I don't really think so) but the headache just isn't worth it to me. Reymore Chevrolet is just a good, solid hometown dealer, and I would advise anybody looking for a new or used car to do business with them.Best Dealer that I've worked with yet !

I haven't got the car yet because they've fixed everything on it and even… clear coated it again. They have gone "out of their way" so far to make my used car buying there a pleasure !!Best Automotive Buying Experience Ever

He answered a multitude of questions and made the entire purchase process seamless. I've purchased many new GM products and this has… been the best experience to date. The entire staff from finance to service has been awesome.Worst experience ever!!Total Lack of costumer service!!!
by allofus1 on 01/28/2012updated 06/04/2025Worst vehicle purchase experience ever. Total lack of customer service. Bought a used truck with less than 50k miles. Two and half months after purchase a suspension component failed causing a leaf spring to punch a hole through the bed of… the truck. Sure they replaced the $40 part that failed. But left me with hundreds of dollars worth the damage to the bed of my truck, with nothing more to say than "Sorry cant do anything for you" I would not recommend this dealer to anyone for anything.
