I was very pleased by the effort made by the service department. Starting with being sure I had a vehicle to drive for several days while the technicians tried to is find the problem with my tires. Next to the courtesy of Tim, suggesting I leave my other set of tires until such time I could go straight home rather than drive with them all day in my car having to deal with the odor of tires. Then most recently, that Jon noticed some of the lug caps had been lost during the prior service, and ordering replacements. I believe that every effort was made to accommodate my schedule and repair.
