Iām hard to please and like to push the limits on what I can get. Im not cheap but like to stretch my dollars if you know what I mean.
The sales person Paul in Habberstad Of Bayshore really made me feel comfortable in my purchase process.ā¦ Very knowledgeable and just a nice guy, he walked me through the process with a few laughs along the way.
Highly recommended that you ask for him.

Leave the car here and I will GIVE you a loaner from Enterprise. I said ok. Thenā¦ salesperson from Enterprise stared taking to me about the loaner car. I said waited I am not pay for this car, He said no Bmw will pay I just need your card if you do not come back or the car get damages. Ok Then after I get a bill for $6551.09 from BMW of Bay Shore, they stop payment for the car so it was charge to my card. I call Steve L also James from renter and was told it will be fix. That was 5 month ago. Nevertheless, after $6000.00 + I had to take my car back there four more time for the same thing. But, it not over I'm going to courtsGreat Dealership - Great Experience

My sales client advisor, Frank Cortale, was professional and thorough without any of the high pressure normally found when buying aā¦ car. Everyone in the dealership is friendly and make you feel special as soon as you walk through the door. In my opinion there is no better dealership and I look forward to purchasing my 5th BMW from BMW of Bayshore in the not too distant future!Watch out
by mariamar55 on 07/02/2012updated 07/24/2025I have waited one week for a response and since no one has called us since we turned in a bad review I decided to write this. Last monday my husband took our 535 XI for 15,000 service as they had called us and said it was due. He went inā¦ for a routine (covered under warranty) oil change and windshield wiper replacment and came over with a bill over $500.00. The service technician suggested the car might need a wheel balnce in such a way my husband thought it was covered under the warranty. My husband is from Europe and has a hard time understanding sometimes but my sister was with him and she did not even understand the guy. I find it amazing that this is our 4th BMW and the ONLY car we purchased (the other three were leases). I went through the paperwork on all three other cars and we NEVER had a tire rotation. Long story short when they have to cover it they do not suggest it but you BUY and have to pay they say it is necesary and act like it is covered. My husband was furious and told the guy if he needed a tire rotation he would have taken to Firestone for $100.00 and saved $400.00, he gave him a $30.00 discount!!! Needless to say we will not purchase another car at Bay Shore but instead go back to Rallye where we leased the other three cars. My husband was humiliated and meant to feel ignorant that he did not understand the technician.Robert P.
by theartvark on 03/06/2013updated 07/24/2025My lease ran out on my previous BMW 1 series convertable. I wanted a 3 series convertable but BMW does not make them with a rag top any more. To me the 3 convertable looks like a sedan with the top up. When the top is down, you can barelyā¦ fit a grocery bag in the trunk. Robert P. made the process as easy as buying a container of milk. I went one day and ordered the car and a couple of days later, the car was parked in front of the dealorship ready to take home. Robert had all of the necessary documents in order and ready. All I had to do was gign a few things and I was ready to drive my new car home. Robert is a great asset to BMW. He is honest, efficient, generous and has a sense of humor. It was a great pleasure working with him. He was also very knowledgeable about the car and quickly answered any questions that I had. I would highly recommend Robert to anyone who is looking to buy a BMW. I also know that I can call him at anytime and he will help me out. If there was a sixth star, I would give it to him. My exceptional experience has been in large part due to John C. (sales manager) , Xavior S. (sales advisor), Ian H. (financial officer) and Nakia M. (delivery specialist) who helped me with every step of the purchase. I was searching for a pre-owned bmw 528I and habberstad bmw gave me the best price. No other dealer in the mid-west could match it. Did the deal over the phone and it took less than 15 minutes thanks to the straight-forward pricing and negotiations. They came to pick me up when I arrived to NY. Took less than 30 mins to do the paper work. They went thru all the details of the car patiently and I was in and out within 2 hrs.
