Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore

Here is my situation: I went to bmw of Bay Shore. The salesperson was Steve L, I told him about my car that it had oil leaking. He said ok will look at it. Leave the car here and I will GIVE you a loaner from Enterprise. I said ok. Then salesperson from Enterprise stared taking to me about the loaner car. I said waited I am not pay for this car, He said no Bmw will pay I just need your card if you do not come back or the car get damages. Ok Then after I get a bill for $6551.09 from BMW of Bay Shore, they stop payment for the car so it was charge to my card. I call Steve L also James from renter and was told it will be fix. That was 5 month ago. Nevertheless, after $6000.00 + I had to take my car back there four more time for the same thing. But, it not over I'm going to courts
