    Great Customer service! Everything I asked to be looked at was done. I even asked not to roll down my windows you went as far as putting a note on the car instructing mechanics not to roll down windows. Went above and beyond!

    My salesman was probably the best I've dealt with in years. Sincere and down to earth. Not the pretentious BS artist that so many I've come across are.

  • Horrible Customer Service

    I was called Sunday afternoon told I could trade in my car 2 yrs early if I got there in an hour. When we arrived the "manager" and lady rep were nothing but rude jacking up pricing yelling at my husband on the sales floor and stating "i'm done with you" when they were challenged about the mark up. Also when my car was being serviced we received a loaner car to which a day later 2 men showed up to my house telling us they were calling the cops because we stole it, when in fact they lost the paperwork!! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone friend or foe!!

    Salesman Mohamed E. listened to what I was looking for in a car and what I wanted to pay. He delivered what I wanted at the price I asked for and did all this very quickly and professionally. I walked in there at 5:15 pm and drove out at 7:30 with my new car.

    Tom, my saleman was wonderful. He really listened to my parameters of what I could spend, and went above and beyond to make it happen. Also Michael the finance manager, did a tremendous job to get me the Cadillac of dreams as well. I love my SRX and would refer anyone to deal with Atlantic.

    I was greeted when I came in, and since I knew what I wanted, I was immediately shown the available autos. I found Mike and the others I met very knowledgeable. The car was ready when I went to pick it up. Mike was very helpful in instructing me on the various dashboard instruments. If the service dept is as professional as the sales force, I'll be back.

    I had a excellent experience at your dealership. The service advisor was very helpful and professional and I like the waiting area with the T.V., free wifi, coffee and begals very nice to have while waiting for the service of my 2014 Chevrolet Impala.

    Our experience at your dealership was GREAT! Joe was a wonderful salesman. He was very easy-going, not pushy at all and worked quickly to get us into a 2015 Tahoe. We are so happy with the vehicle as well as the way Joe treated us. Couldn't ask for more!!     I had what turned out to be a short in the wiring harness of my 1 year old Equinox. Dennis in Service informed me that I would need to leave the car (as they were incredibly full that day), and he would get it in the next day. I needed a car, so he set me up with a rental. Less than 3 hours later, I received a call from Dennis with "Good news, good news, and good news"... He was able to get the car in to be looked at, he found the problem, and he fixed the problem. 20 minutes later, I was dropping off the rental and picking up my car! Dennis and the rest of the crew at Atlantic are AWESOME! On a scale of 1-10, I give my experience a Seventeen!

  • The button is called "Request a Quote"!!

    After clicking the "Request a Quote" button on this site, the internet sales person called me and started his script to try and get me into the dealership. "Can you come in today sir, how about tomorrow?" I asked for a quote to be sent by email before I come in. That quote never came. I sent an email back asking the manager for a quote. The quote never came in. The internet sales guy replied to the email saying he left me multiple voice mails. Yes he did, all with no quote and not by email which I asked for. I was standing in another dealership and called the Atlantic internet person to say here's the quote they are giving me can you beat it? The sales guys said "yes we can". OK, what are you offering? The sales guy said, "I can't tell you that because the other dealership will try to beat it." I'm sorry, I didn't know shopping around was not allowed at Atlantic. The bottom line is, the button says "Request a Quote", if you can't do that then change the button to "Request a Snow Job" for this dealer, or give out a fargon quote. Needless to say, I got my 2012 Equinox 1LT from Arnold Chevrolet which was actually the easiest experience I could have imagined. I'll be writting that review soon.

    The following week I took the car to Arnold Chevrolet in West Babylon. They treated me like gold. A major oil usage/burning problem handled under the 100K mile warranty plus four other things that have accumulated that I happily paid for and I had my car ready 2.25 days later. These dealers are not far from each other and I can tell you which one I'm going back to for service and sales.

    • See Lisa Bautista's apology on this thread? Per her request, I wrote to her. She relied that my email should have gone to another staff person and that she forwarded it to her. I wrote to that person as well. She never responded to my email. Per Ms Bautista's request, I reached out to the dealer and was completely ignored. Her apology below is only there to make it appear as though the dealer cares about my complaint when in reality, they don't care at all. I stand by the factual account of my complaint.
