The following week I took the car to Arnold Chevrolet in West Babylon. They treated me like gold. A major oil usage/burning problem handled under the 100K mile warranty plus four other things that have accumulated that I happily paid for and I had my car ready 2.25 days later. These dealers are not far from each other and I can tell you which one I'm going back to for service and sales.

See Lisa Bautista's apology on this thread? Per her request, I wrote to her. She relied that my email should have gone to another staff person and that she forwarded it to her. I wrote to that person as well. She never responded to my email. Per Ms Bautista's request, I reached out to the dealer and was completely ignored. Her apology below is only there to make it appear as though the dealer cares about my complaint when in reality, they don't care at all. I stand by the factual account of my complaint.
